Really good movie as usual, really horrible how it turns out, she used him as a tool for money, and at the same time, horrible that she commited suicide, the whole time she was in the Hospital with him, I was like "Tell him for fuck's sake!", this guy has made a habit of dying, he dies in every movie lol.

Personally i didnt like the film.

The fights were okay, but the melodramatic story was just so boring. Another big let down was the ending- it felt so rushed and random . And what makes the ending seem worse is that all of the tragedy could have been avoided if wu jings girlfreind wasnt such an annoying golddigging bitch.

An excellent movie. Cantonese culture and philosophy at its best, as in the captain's explanation why he doesn't want to fight for money. It masterfully demonstrates the complexity of human psyche and emotions. This manipulative bitch did feel a lot for Wu Jing at the end because he trusts and cares for her so much. Many people will have a hard time on following this way of thinking. I haven't seen a Hollywood or Western movie similar to this one.
