  • 2:06 Imagine looking out your bedroom window and seeing that face looking back at you.

  • @enterprise160 i'd rather not imagine that atall.....

  • scary

  • beautiful.

  • Nosferatuuu...

  • I can not believe people love Edward cullen.

  • who was turning the lights on and off?

    noseferatu!

  • retrouver nosferatu sur horreurland

  • This movie was a direct rip-off off Bram Stoker's Dracula! That is why you all seem to think it's so good.

  • @TheSolidspruce84 no shiz nostradamus

  • @schneedlehopper I don't recall predicting anything.

  • Gary Oldman is`t fit to sniff his shit!

  • Nosferatu will bitch slap Edward into a man.

  • @ 0:09 there's something sinister about that face.

  • whos flickering the lights? ..... nosferatu....

  • This is by far the creepiest vampire movie. It makes me so mad that it always get overlooked. It used to give me nightmares as a kid.

  • He walks so slow he would never catch anyone to bite them lol

  • This is going to give me nightmares!

  • they need to make this movie again but with the technology and a few effect and with colour and talking actors but have everything els completly the same to keep the effect this one gave and also add just abit more action

  • @1236sason NO WAY..original and lack of technology is what makes the movie

  • the part with lack of technology is so wrong

  • @1236sason Color? You have no idea what made this movie wonderful...and it was remade in 1979

  • @1236sason that is the prob with today's society, we want action, color, and special effects. this was pretty top notch for it's day i think. at the same time it would be interesting to see a "good" remake.

  • lol this is really creepy :O i think i've did pee in my pants XD

  • atypical

  • The name of the song is ave satani

  • Hey man, he just wants to sell you some information. And then drain you.

    VTM Nosferatu for the win.

  • i went here from spongebob

  • why they don remake this movie Nosferatu?

  • they already did

  • @CannibalDeathPit yes but vampires feel strange and dark love...they hate drinking everyones blood...they feel sad they have to kill the ones they feel love..in order to live..

  • Anyone remember that one episode of Spongebob with the hash slinging slasher and at the end they were like "Nosferatu!" b/c he was flicking the lights on and off

  • I remember seeing 1:04 - 1:24 when I was like two and I couldn't sleep for days.

  • This movie scared the hell out of me :) old horror films, way better than news horror films

  • nosferatu el mejor vampiro de la historia

grasias por subir este material de video

  • This is what my nightmares took like O_o

  • since that creepy episode of spongebob from my childhood, nosferactu haunts me..... thumbs up if you agree

  • Please aria from what is this song????

  • when i was little i used to watch things about dracula and i always thought this was the real old version dracula. he scared me when i was a kid. he scares me still tho

  • Song name please?

  • @srbija882muse ave satani

  • chupe pito.!_)

  • i coulda sworn this song was saying "kame hame ha" at some point....aint no Dragon Ballo Z.

  • @MrChickybee1 thats your mum face in heaven!!

  • Comment removed

  • This is beautiful.

  • Thats amazing how he turned to smoke at the end.

  • weirdest looking vampire to who played him

  • Scariest vampire in the history of cinema IMHO...

  • It's a shame that almost all copies of this movie were destroyed because the makers were sued by the widow of the man who wrote the first Dracula book. What some people will do for money...

  • what is the name of the song?

  • These kind of classic vampires are the real deal, and they suck blood. The twilight ones just plain suck. :P

  • "Ave Satani" is an.. interesting track to play in conjunction with the film, but (if anything) it almost feels rather forced. I don't know, maybe it's just because I'm so used to watching the film with music that would have been played during the time.

  • ITS THE HASH SLINGING SLASHER!!!!!!!

  • @butterball97 LOOOOOOOOL

  • @butterball97 Nope, chuck testa

  • Love how both the top rated comments and most on this video are about TWILIGHT ffs just stfu about it :L

  • fucking boringgggg

  • I always thought the older vampire movies were MUCH scarier than all the vampire movies these days. The vampires didn't have to unleash all sorts of special effects to creep you out. I get chills thinking of them and the atmosphere the movies have. This combination with one of the creepiest tracks ever makes it all the more scary. This is to Nosferatu's images what Night on Bald Mountain was to Fantasia's. They walk hand in hand making one's nightmares come alive.

  • 1:10 well whos been flickering the licth

  • @MrSnapplesauce Hahaha, I love that episode!

  • Noseferatu is the definition of satan o.o

  • this iz scary

  • So much scarier than the modern 'let's see how much 20-year-old we can cut up' horror.

  • if i would have seen this in 1922 i would have stopped sleeping

  • at 2:50 he kinda looks like "despicable me " lol

  • Love it! The music is a nice touch.

  • Please Matt Bellamy create song like this, and stop still workin for Twilight!

  • This is pretty creepy now...Imagine how scary this must have been in 1922

  • Who was the best Nosferatu? Max Schreck or Klaus Kinski?

  • @makidtrej

    Klaus Kinski. Duh.

  • @makidtrej Depends on what you're going for - Kinski actually gave the character some depth & humanity, but Schreck was a better "monster" - just straight-up creepy

  • what if we replaced edward cullen with count orlok?

  • Heheehee...Nosferatu had his little cameo on Spongebob Squarepants for absolutely no reason. "Nosferaaaatuuuu" *big dirty smile* ...AWESOME!

  • Someone tell me the point of going to the movies today when I can just watch this? Up yours 21st century cinema!

  • @FRAZELMINTASTIC The point of going to the movies now-a-days is because they THINK they are making good horror movies when obviously they've forgotten 1922.

  • Im really creeped out...

  • @CFEnviousClan i haven't even seen past the opening credits of this movie and i can't get past that point cuz i'm scared of it

  • Way scarier than the new movies!

  • [something about twilight sucking dick to get thumps up]

  • @glopydop You, sir, have succeeded.

  • stop putting goddam twilight comments on every vampire video

  • This is a really interesting and good idea of what a vampire might look like because Count Orlok does indeed look creepy

  • If that was you on the phone, and you on the bus, then who was flickering the lights?

  • Nosferatu is the most beautiful movie ever made, and these clips with this music... absolutely beautiful as well. This is genius. I agree with others as well. This is the real deal, a true horror movie. Movies made these days are like rotten eggs compared to this moving picture art work. What am I saying?... You can't compare anything to this.

  • i love the music in this tbh... and i lov the scary jerky motions it is more scary than something like drag me to hell or paranormal activity!! just the whole air bout it lol!!

  • you guys talking about twilight are freaking stupid. Why mention Twilight on this, just enjoy nosferatu gosh..

  • Comment removed

  • By far the scariest movie I have ever seen, even after watching it several times Nosferatu still sends shivers up my spine!

  • The Head Story was stolen from Bram Stokers "Dracula 1897"!

Then they called the Movie in Nosferatu! And the Name Dracula was Graf Orlok. Very simple movie.

  • NOSFERTU RULES!! Check this absolutely BRILLIANT music video from Hard rock band Prelude to June featuring original NOSFERATU footage aswell as footage re-shot in modern times. It really rocks and so does the band...... Check it out...

    watch?v=01jxbCLhDlA

  • that fella is purrrty

  • Scariest movie ever! Especially in 1:13! His stiffness and the way he moves and looks just freaks me out! Max Schreck played the Count in this movie, he was also creepy, its said that he liked walking in dark forests, and the irony is that Schreck means fright or terror in German...talk about scary.

  • I have decided my new goal in life is to bring back classic horror like this into the world. I really wouldn't mind becoming the next Boris Karloff or one of the two Lon Chaney's. I could never top their performances though. I want to bring back the old-fashioned vampires, werewolves, and monsters into the world. As far as today's kids are concerned, the characters are Twilight are the real deal. Not when I'm through with them.

  • Murnau was a genius. One of the greatest directors EVER.

  • "Twilight" is for a generation of Americanised teenagers, who need everything explained to them like a child. Anything subtle and they're lost.

  • i just like to look at him

  • ?!?!?!?!?!?! i dont get anything at all -_- somebody explane to me wtf is this

  • Then who was turning the lights on and off?

    T'was Nosferatuuuuu!...

  • 1:44 he can rise without using his arms or legs or anything, that's impressive.

  • Nosferatu kicks Edwards ASs

  • Sounds like the score to God of War.

  • this movie is a masterpiece of Expressionism! It's absolutely the best horror film of the history of cinema.

  • @giuseppe84ss I think I prefer Nosferatu, but The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari gives it a run for it's money.

Murnau's Faust isn't too shabby either. It's not as creepy as Nosferatu, but the visual effects are more stunning imo.

  • The best vampyre movie by far!

  • i love the coffin scene on the ship where he just appears out of thin air...that was some good stuff for 1922

  • man, Max Shreck sure was a genius

  • it's Robin Hood!

  • ey pmcc "nosferatu" is lord dracula

  • The movie Salem's Lot uses this type of vampire.

  • ! 19 sponge bob moment lol but this movie looks scary as shit

  • ese es el vampiro k sale en bob esponja!!!

its a vampire i go in sponge bob!!!!

  • those crazy german expressionists

  • If you get a chance, also check out Vampyr. It is made in much the same style. I mean the original, of course.

  • Creepy, but may be one of the best movies I've ever seen in my life.

  • This is soooo scary!!!!!! worst like how it in black and white itsss soooo sickkk

  • I NEED THIS MUSIC! Someone! Say the name of the music, PLEASE!!!

  • the omen

  • damn this is one creepy creature. Im still shocked the f/x was so good in the

    1920's.

  • wow!! seeing him and hearing this music gave me chills haha

  • I don't think Ave Satani really fits around the Nosferatu genre of horror.

  • I love Murnau's vision of a vampire. Instead, today, we have the sexy, erotic image of a vampire thanks to Anne Rice and the Twilight bunch. I love them all, I just like the creepy, evil, ugly ones better, lol.

  • @kcope001 I agree somewhat, but I think the Joss Wheadon versions are some of the best, each one in both Angel/Buffy series had their own facial traits.

  • @kcope001

Anne Rice vamps weren't too bad, but fuck the Twilight version. "Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines" does it best, combining the two. The children of Count Orlok even appear!

  • @kcope001 yeah "sexual vampires" what a pathoitic joke..vampires like to drink blood...they are creatures but they have human qualities because they were human..and have memories..

  • yeah on 2:09 he's look like my grandma missing hers underwear :D

  • 2:09 best scene ever

  • then who was flickering the lights?

    NOSFERATU

  • lol spongebob

  • COFFIN SCENE: Now with spring action

  • JESUS! Who's deranged idea was it to put this imagery to the Omen music!? I LOVE it!! Made my skin crawl every second of this video. Wonderful combination!

  • i can guarantee that anyone who saw this way back in 1922 didnt sleep that night! it would have really been one of a kind horror film and not many ppl would have been exposed to such things...freaky even in our times.....

  • I hated the way they made vampires in twilight!

  • BTW, good to see so many purists NOT being sucked into the Twilight hype. In ten years, even half the Twihards are going to wonder what the hell they were thinking.

  • Twilight is a cynical play for the heartstrings of emotive teenagers, and obviously selling crap to teenagers is easier than shooting fish in a barrel. They made him an EMO! "Oh look at me, I invented crying." Have they even thought about what a vampire "does"? Same as what we do -- for us to live, other things die. And don't give me that "he's bad but he's on a diet" crap. For a movie from 1921, Nosferatu had a better handle on it. Except where he went "poof!" at the end. Bit silly.

  • XD cock!

i lold when it said that in the text

  • bluesgurugod, you cannot be serious.

  • Nosferatu's not a bad person he had a bad childhood.

  • Oh yeaaaah!!!!

  • Twilight is terrible, one of the worst movies ever made and these spin off series suck. Nosferatu is the real deal and the original beside Dracula, but Nosferatu is better in my opinion. Dracula will always be the first vampire but it turned into a love story; Nosferatu was on a mission for the woman's blood and would not stop until he got it.

  • @pmcc51585 you sir are damn right i agree with every single word you wrote

  • well, you and your mother are both simple minded FOOLS.

twilight is a cheap imitation of what the modern day conformists consider vampires. The twilight hype is just another trend which YOU have so obliviously fallen into, it isn't real and it never will be.

so congrats, you are just like every other teenager in the country and are helping to further the corruption of the medias take on what "real" vampires are.

learn to appreciate the classics and how to spell the word "THEIR".

  • also please learn how to spell the words "KNOW" and "RIP OFF" and "BECAUSE" and "PEOPLE" before you even think about beginning to call somebody stupid... you twilight loving ingrate

  • Comment removed

  • bluesgurugod, I'm just going to say you were joking. If you weren't, then I've lost all hope in the future generations.....

  • @bluesgurugod

Nosfertu (1922!) is on of the first vampire movies ever made along with The Vampire (1913), directed by Robert G. Vignola. How can Nosferatu be a rip off of twilight ( book published in 2005). Twilight can't even be considered a rip off because it has nothing to do with authentic vampires or vampires in general

  • Mina Harker looks a bit manly in this version.

This Dracula has got to be one of the creepiest vampires ever.

  • NOW THAT IS A VAMPIRE!!!!!!!.........Not like the vampire fag Edward Cullen from Twilight shit....

This movie made in 1922 but this is infinity time better than Twilight.

  • @darkness2121 i know. nosferatu would make Ed mess his pants. and then bella would fall in love with him too and then there'd be a love square. or pentagon. i don't which...

  • Heres a little info for you. Nosfaratu was made in 1921. Twilight was writen in 2005. Now do you think Nosfarau is a ripoff off Twilight you moron?

  • Cock sucking ignorant.

Comparing a teenage melodramatic piece of shit ass vampire "movie" with one of the world's classic movies, not only vampire movies.... L-M-A-O

  • You dumb shit, Twilight was written in 2005 and Nosferatu was made in 1922. Get your facts straight you Twilight loving prick. Twilight sucks and Edward is a FAG!! This is a real vampire movie. Nosferatu can wipe the floor with Edward Cullen.

  • Gee I wonder how this is a ripoff of Twilight fucken that fag edward wishes he can be as cool as Nosferatu, this motherfucker kicks ass and is better than anything Twilight can do! XD you are stupid dude go home!

  • Comment removed

  • Dude you really suck lol look at me i glitter in the sunlight im so gay!!!!

  • BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAA XDDDDDDDD

Oh come on dude, "Hug me I'm a vampire!" XD

Twilight=piece of shit for girls to scream for. End of story.

  • @bluesgurugod You have no idea of what you speak of. Vampire yths have been around for god knows how long. Adn to be honest twilight is nothing more than a ill written piece of trash. I have read Dracula and Carmilla. Those tales alonedestroy all that twilight is with no effort at all. And also consider that those books were written in 1897 and 1872. Read those and tell me who the better writer is!!!

  • lol i saw this guy on spongebob n decided 2 look him up! jajaja

  • why the hell did they put it on spone bob? none of the little bed wetters watching will know what it is.. except maybe you.

  • yeah when i was younger i saw it on spongebob and it scared the crap outta me. he's probably the scariest vampire ever.

  • this is the shit! classic! fuck twilight.

  • Amen to THAT shit!

  • yep!

  • I am SICK and TIRED of "Vampires are sexy! They sparkle!" DX

  • Killing yourself would probably be a great idea.

  • get the fuck outta here
