@GestapoBob These men are not racsist they are very distinguished African American scholars who speak about the true conditions of race in american society. They see race as the reality that it is. And to not talk about it would seize to solve the problem, how many times in history has not addressing a situation brought about a solution or closing to an issue? If you look at statistics today race is still an component in our society. We still have black/latino brothers and sisters unemployed

@GestapoBob at disproportional rates, when many of them are perfectly qualified. This sort of discrimination is derived form race. We can't evade that facts. I think Malcolm X said it best that "the guilt complex of the american white man is so profound that when you begin to analyze the conditions of the negro in this country, instead of the white man eliminating these problems he accuses his accusers of preaching hate" or in this case being racist. all i can say is that ima pray for you.
