  • LOL @ "it jammed because of improper handling".

If a pistol jams because it wasn' held in a rock solid position and it malfunctioned due to limp wristing/not holding your mouth just right/etc, it is a sorry thing to have for defense.

Anything so delicate that it jams because it isn't held just right should be trashed.

  • To all the haters talking about how this gun jams so much, I have one of my own, (look at my videos) I've had it for a little over a year now and mine has only jammed ONCE!! And that was RIGHT out of the BOX! But if you keep this gun well-oiled and cleaned like I do, your gun won't jam. Just because it is cheap does not make it a terrible gun. It shoots just like any other 9mm. Just because it isn't metal, and doesn't have all the perks of a higher priced handgun, does not make it bad.

  • I notice that your gun's slide releases on its own, or there is the presence of a slide release function, I can't find mine, I just bought my c9, it chambers properly, hasn't seen 1 round through the barrel yet, so it gets the occasional feeding glitch, but I don't see any slide release mechanism in there =\

  • @russellreal If you have a newer C9, the safety is the slide catch. This is only with a bullet in the clip, or the clip outside of the gun. Just pull the slide back, throw the safety switch up to hold the slide back. And when ready to shoot, just push the safety down.

  • My recomendation is to stop leaning back and roll your shoulders foward, it'll make the recoil almost disapear, and you won't look like you're afraid of the gun lawl

  • Hi-Points may be OK for fun shooting, but I wouldn't want to bet my life on one of them!

  • @yodoc200 Many people do, and have, and are around to talk about it today. You see, there is the world of propaganda and youtube, and then, there is reality.

  • peace of shit love how they cut out the part were it jams

  • @RANCHARAN1jeremy

Yeah, I cut it out, that is how you noticed it right? Because it was cut out, meaning that you have no way of knowing that it happened.

And also the fact that the jams are mentioned in the video and title do well to conceal that the gun jammed.

  • damn bro you shake bad

  • Wobble wobble wobble

  • I hate the way you grip the gun. You should follow through with the recoil, sounds odd? It's not. Don't "tame" the recoil unless you have enough muscle to offset the velocity of the slide. Look up "Todd Jarret". Study his grip. In some of his videos he demonstrates the proper way to grip a handgun when standing still, shooting at stationary targets.

  • I own a hi point C9 as well, excellent gun for the price, bulletproof warranty(pun not intended), based here in ohio where i live, and rock solid. The two times i had a jam were because i was using aluminum blazer ammo that i had around, which isnt recommended for these guns anyhow.I definately recommend though polishing the feed ramp(instructions are available numerous places) which helps alleviate any feed issues you may have.Of course, its not the same quality as a glock, but its only $150...

  • hey man how are these guns??? i am lookin to get one tradeing my car stereo for it. they look pretty fun. i am just lookin at getting it for shooting in the woods and goffer hunting

  • How come the shots have this wierd sci-fi sound to them?

  • It's the echo off the thin metal pole barn behind me. The sound waves hit the metal and make it "sing."

  • It actually sounds awesome, lol.

  • LOL I love seeing haters report on hi-point. Look they are a cheap gun! I have over 1000 rounds through mine! only paid 150.00 for it. I don't use it as my primary carry weapon, no, but it is still a good firearm. And if you don't have alot of money, Hi-point might be an option. Stop hating blindly becasue the gun is cheap. Something is better than nothing when it comes to defending yourself if you had to

  • The above person gets points for being open minded enough to give HP a try, and I suspect he researched any problems he may have had with it, rather than saying "OMG ONOEZ IT R SHIT GUN 4 AN JAMMING LOL!"

But the main thing I like, is that his demeanor is the kind all gun owners should have; calm and well presented. Gun owners who go about spewing aggressive and hostile opinions worry me.

  • Keep it going while my POS gun jams! oh wait, stop the video! And it doesnt show jams form improper handeling, the gun just freaking sucks, don't make excuses for it.

  • Of course it doesn't show jams from improper "handeling," because there is no such word.

If we want to speak English, then it is easy to see how loosely I am holding the gun. Look at the ridiculous kick I allow it to have. The blowback design requires you to lock your wrists, as comments show.

And if I didn't want the jams to be in the vid, I would have edited them out.

Now we discuss excuses: Mine is that I spend money on PC stuff, not guns. What's yours for being a faggot?

  • lol what a pussy, he blocked me and deleted my comments on his videos.

  • hey man!thanks for the video im also planning to buy one , have u used the muzzle compensator for the C9? i heard it helps a lot with the recoil.

  • how u get 10 in the mag thought only can take 8?

  • @slickj1000 HP makes ten round mags that can be purchased separately from the gun, which comes with an eight round clip.

  • o ok thx thats helpful that 10 sounds better than 8 lol

  • i want to get one but dont want to lose my front teeth, have heard horror stories of these things coming apart after a few hundred rounds in the middle of shooting. there has to be a reason its so damn cheap, or everyone would have one. I see tons of them at the gun shows, and no one ever buys one, wally's has them on sale.

  • @JackSureshot yeah, all of that has to be true, especially since this vid has been up for years, and you are the first to spout that bullshit out of your ass.

  • actually you are wrong on the fact that no one buys them. A lot of people buy them. But very few people that are around firearms enough to know better will use them very often. They lack a lot of key things. Reliability is one of them. Ammo capacity is one of them that irritates me about them. As big and heavy as that fucker is it still only holds 7 rounds? what the fuck? You get what you pay for despite what this guy will no doubt say about these guns.

  • @s197stangdragger Actually, they come with eight round mags, rather than seven. Ten round mags can be purchased. With one in the hole you have nine or eleven rounds.

Reliability depends on the situation one is in, and whether or not the shooter has educated themselves on the handling of an HP.

What you get is a gun that requires research on handling and operation, that is ugly as hell, and constructed with only function in mind. Only an idiot would buy any gun without researching it.

  • it makes my nose tingley Iamo

  • just dont put your life on it,,,,the bad guys are way better armed....hi points are cheap for a reason

  • 'way bettter armed' doesn't mean better at shooting you. whether its a HiPoint or an H&K, or a Glock, or even a .22 plinker, if you know how to use it, it will work for you. btw, the HiPoints shoot the same ammo the other brands shoot and close groups at center mass are definitely do-able.

  • Yes they are cheaper for a reason: They are made in a less expensive manner by utilizing simpler function and less expensive materials, with the goal of producing a working weapon without focusing on aesthetics.

I also don't think that a "bad guy" who purchased his pistol on the black market is going to get a weapon as reliable as the HP I would buy from a trusted gun dealer whom I know personally.

I don't think the "bad guys" will be high paid assassins.

  • thanx i have been looking into these firearms for some time.. I am thinking about purchasing one

  • the first scene you cant be hitting anything you aimed at the gun was waggling every where. Take your time better to hit where you aim!

  • This has been covered many times here.

When you fire a gun, there is recoil, recoil takes time to recover from and there is less recovery time when you are firing rapidly.

Also consider that you don't see any other vids with a close angle like this, mainly because I am the only person stupid enough to put an 800 dollar video camera this close to a loud gun. So you see things you normally don't.

It's like germs before the microscope, no one thought about them existing until they saw them.

  • Thats the biggest load of crap i have ever heard sorry to say. I am not a guy who does not shoot and will suck that info up. Its just not true i would love to see the target you were shooting at with fast rate of fire?

  • Well before we move on to your....I guess its a statement that has a question mark at the end for some reason....anyway nevermind that then.

Anyway, it's not info, it's physics.

I don't see any vids on your page with a camera angle as close as this one. If there is, then point me to one.

Again I submit the analogy of germs.

And besides, I think it's pretty obvious that the video was for show. The fact that you are the first to get so butthurt about it after 34,000 views supports this.

  • Just bought this gun of a good freind paid 100 for it. How often does it jam? And I got no idea how to unjam a gun.

  • The jams will stop with time after the gun is broken in, generally after 200 - 300 rounds. I've also heard that you can break the gun in by opening the action and leaving it that way for 48 hours.

And to unjam: pull the action open and shake the cartridge out. You could also remove the magazine, hold the action open, and shake it out through the magazine slot.

  • ive also heard that you can break the gun in by opening the action and leaving it that way for 48 hours.

OMG where do you get this stuff

  • You answered the very question you asked when you quoted me.

    I heard it.

  • why does it sound like that

  • Because it's a gun

  • Sounds like hes afriad of it.

  • Who is this "he" you speak of?

  • Very quiet on the discharge...........I'm liking it.

  • Hey im thinking buying a high point 9mm how do you like it does it shoot nicely would you recomend it. I know there fairly priced.

  • I would recommend researching it so that you are able to shoot it right. There is a break in period, but someone here said that leaving the action locked open overnight will take care of that. I go to the HP forums and ask about that before doing it though.

So yeah, it shoots nicely and is accurate if used right.

  • Two more questions for you:

Have you been able to find other paddle holsters (other then the fabric one they sell at hi-point) for this gun?

Do you have a video of distance away from target and how close the groups are?

  • The holster wasn't purchased from HP. It was manufactured by Bulldog. I also have a shoulder holster that is also by Bulldog. Both of them are fabric and Velcro and I am pleased with them so I haven't looked around to see what other holsters are out there.

I have another vid uploaded before this one which shows the range I am firing at, but not the target. The target in both vids was 25 yards away.

When the vids were made I was still adjusting the sights, but the gun's aim was consistent.

  • More on your 1st comment; The gun is cumbersome anyway, but having the larger mag makes it feel more balanced in my opinion. Keep in mind too that this is the first handgun I've owned since age 19 when I had a Raven Arms .25 when I worked 3rd shift at a gas station.

Also, this gun is cumbersome in general. I carried it to see how comfortable I was being armed in public, and if people noticed or acted differently. I carried it on my hip, side, and front and back waistband. It's a heavy fucker

  • About how many more inches does the 10 round mag add to the grip of the gun? With this added length does it make the gun feel more cumbersome to handle? Thanks and great video!

  • The 10 round mag extends ever so slightly more than inch from the grip.

    Glad you like the vid!

  • great vid, im thinking about buying a highpoint 9mm at the steptember gun show. i've heard nothing but great things buy people that really own them.

  • Cool! But remember, we only love them because we research them and learn to use them right!

  • I'll think about it. I have been kinda bored lately

  • Comment removed

  • Oh how I hate seeing people be ignorant with conviction....and how I love to make sure that their public outbursts of stupidity do not go unchecked....

I don't know where you read about HPs, but your education certainly isn't from handling one at length.

I won't even outline what exactly I mean here, because it would be an insult to intelligent people who already know the elementary aspects of firearms.

And the lame insults are nothing but flavor, or colorful metaphors as I like to say.

  • Comment removed

  • I won't claim to be an expert, but do have observations I can cite.

HPs must be handled rough, and held tight. When loading a fresh mag with the action closed, the slide has to be handled like you are pull starting a Harley. Whether this is related to a weak spring issue or not, I don't think any gun should be handled like you are wearing nail polish.

The armory guy gave up before I could see what his beef with the slide is, but I assume that he is connecting a weak spring with load failures.

  • If he did some research he would find out that HP pistols have a blowback design, which plays a big part in making them so cheap. This design also creates the wrist lock necessity of HPs.

Nevermind that a blowback design has little, if anything, to do with the spring, but the guy has also gone around commenting on other videos that he works at a gun shop. Many other things factor in to my behavior towards him as well.

  • I'm wanting armory 305 to specifically answer me on what his thoughts on the Hi-Point slide rails are.

I wondering if he has any experience dealing with the slide rails on the Hi-Points at all.

  • Ah, it showed up as a comment to me in my inbox though, Oh well.

But get this miller, that guy deleted all his comments as you can see, but the dumbass forgot that any comment he makes here will go to my inbox, and stay there even if he deletes it here lol

What's so funny about all of this, is that I think he realized how stupid he is and tried to delete evidence of it.

So I'll paste his last comment that he deleted just after he posted it. What he says about the slide is unbelievable.

  • "You can cock the thing with gravity. Point it up and jerk your arm down and it will move the slide. Yea thats quality right there....thats y all LEO agencies have switched to Hi point ..NOT. Yes its a good range gun to beat up but nothing more. The other idiot has to make insults to make himself seem intelligent when he is only and primitive as his firearm. Obviously sticking to facts about the discussion is to much for his mind to do. I have dealt with them in real life....hence my comments."

  • hahahah can you beleive he said that?!!!?

Half the people who hate HPs feel the way they do because they never learn to cock that slide hard enough! I see people all over youtube cocking Tauruses and shit like they are fragile as hell. You can't get away with that shit on an HP.

If the spring is weak, send the whole gun in and they fix it for free or give you a new one.

That guy shows he knows nothing about gas power or blowback design if he is bitching about the fucking spring like that.

  • yes I knew that, I was just trying to help you lrn2english.

If you knew anything about guns, you would know exactly what the break in period is. I'm not just talking about HPs either.

Oh wait, you work in a gun shop, I forgot lol. So then you knew all of that elementary shit I just said. Guess you were just playing retarded to get attention eh? It's OK with me though, every 14 year old girl needs someone to pay attention to them, even if it, sadly, is negative education on the internet.

  • 1) By not breaking it in right

    2) I have never heard someone say that all guns look like shit. Most men think guns look pretty awesome

  • hey man im looking to buy one of these high point 9mm frankly because they are cheap and i need one to have in the house would you say they are good starter guns, how do they preform, please reply with any info.

  • Honestly Sir, clicking the option to view all comments at the bottom of this page will give you an awesome amount of information that will help you greatly.

There is much much more in the comments here than just arguing, there are some really great pointers and advice on where to research this particular gun.

Seriously, if you really are curious about what you asked, the start at the very 1st comment and work your way back, then please let me know ok?

  • yea i did that, and im still on the fence about them, ive seen alot of videos on reviews but they all send me a mixed message, one vid will have a guy raving about the gun and the next one will say its a peice of shit, so i guess the only way to really find out is to purchase one and if it works it works and if it doesnt well what am i out of 160 bucks? lol thanks for your time sir.

  • Yeah, some people buy them and don't give them time to break in, or they don't hold them correctly.

The bottom line has to be that the people talking bad either handle and/or break them in wrong, or they just get unlucky and buy a shitty one. But any company that makes anything is bound to have one in a few that don't work.

  • is that strange shooting noise because its from the short barrel? echos? or just the camera microphone?

  • A bit of both. The mic wasn't right for awhile after this because I put it so close. And the ping sound is the echo of the report coming off of the pole barn behind me.

  • I got a hi point c-9 in a trade for a scope and I thought it was gonna be a hunk of shit but let me tell you she does just fine. Not a single jam and I didnt clean that bitch at ALL for months, which isnt like me at all to treat my guns that way. Im not comparing hi points to sigs, or glocks, but theyre just over 100 bucks so why the hell not? lifetime warranty? its worth a try yall.

  • ive shot several hi points there all junk and so is jennings!! if you want a cheaper gun at least step up to a kel tec or charter arms or buy a used gun somewhere dont buy one of these if you intend to protect your home or self!!! BUYERS BEWARE

  • I would say to prove your statement but you can't.

I have a video showing they work just fine.

    Put up or shut up.

You haven't fired any Hi-Points or Jennings firearms. It's obvious.

  • You get 'im Miller (>'.')>-I----- t('.'t)

  • oh he showed me! im so hurt i just stated my thoughts on Hi Point Firearms there fun range toys but should not be used as a self defense weapon or home protection to me if your going to depend on something to perfrom everytime dont risk it buying a saturday night special! spend a few dollars more and get a Quality firearm. if you want a range gun go with a Hi point if you want something to protect your self there are cheaper weapons out there Taurus,Kel Tec, Charter Arms that are better quality

  • If a gun has shot 100% of the time it has been used then it would be a bit ludicrous to say it is worthless for defense. As has been said many times in this video's comment section over the last two years; Hi-Points require a break in period. It is normal to have a jam or two in every clip until you hit 200 rounds or so.

Also, don't forget that any gun can jam. Forget brand name, if it shoots reliably then it's good for defense, this is elementary fact.

And don't forget the break in period.

  • It comes down to handling too. I see vids of people slipping a mag into a Taurus like they are putting a piece of delicate parchment into a glass case. That won't get you anywhere with a HP.

Knock the mag > slam the bitch in > yank the slide like you are trying to pull a rope out from under a dump truck tire > lock your wrist like a man > ????? > PROFIT!

The second half of this vid is a lesson in how not to shoot a Hi-Point. It was during the break in period and I was handling it wrong too.

  • i have worked at a local gun shop for years we wont even sell hi point firearms!! because of the problems go to some gun forums online look up reviews for your self yes they have produced guns to work and they have produced ones that fail do you really want to put your life on the line with a 50/50 shot? and yes i have fired many firearms in my time so do not tell me to put up or shut up i posted my comment so people who wish to get there CCW or For Home Protection have a warning DEAL WITH IT

  • Ok...I'll play along.

In your first hand experiences with the Hi-Point, what malfunctions or safety concerns have you come across?

Post some good proof, and educate the people on here. Heck, I may even learn something.

  • and sense you ask for me to " put up or shut up" do this your self or look up online Take apart a Hi Point Or Jennings another junk gun!! and then Take a apart even a kel tec which is a cheaper gun or a Taurus look at the difference for your self of the quality . I love how people respond to a comment as its someone attacking them personaly when its just a comment to WARN BUYERS who wish to defend them self!

  • Already have a couple videos showing a Hi-Point in action, and Jennings in action, and another video of me fieldstripping a Jennings and a Hi-Point. All made by me.

Money does not equal quality. Look at the problems with MIM parts cracking/breaking on some 1911s in the Kimber lineup. That's just one example of many.

Again, if you want to voice your opinion, be prepared to put up or shut up.

Don't act like a girl just because somebody called you out. Man up for cryin out loud...

  • This Miller person is doing a great job here it's nice to see someone able to speak clearly and back up what they say rather than dance around the subject and then act like they are being personally attacked simply because someone makes their point better or is right and they are wrong and OH MY FUCKING GOD AkJay42 WHERE THE FUCK IS YOUR PERIOD KEY

Really though, no "ownage" going on from Miller, just intelligent banter. Thank you for exposing me to it.

  • Hi Point makes some decent handguns. A great gun to start out with if you're thinking about taking up a new hobby.

  • True dat, that's just the reason I bought this one. Why spend hundreds of dollars on your first gun? Turns out I kinda like it though

  • High Point makes a great gun. It may not be pretty, but its a great gun for any situation except concealed. Its a bit on the heavy side.

  • Must agree with you there. I carried this one for a few weeks after I got it. It was bulky as hell and every time I drew it quickly I was afraid it was going to fly out of my hand! It wouldn't be bad to carry in a backpack or something though.

  • this gun cost 160 bucks in turners here in california

  • peice of shit nigga gun

  • What's your basis for you opinion?

Do you have any actual trigger time with a Hi-Point product?

  • Did you try to edit out that malfunction?

  • ummmm....yeah i tried to edit the malfunctions out, all 3 of them, and that is the main reason why you noticed it, because I tried to edit it out.

This has been discussed at length in this very video's comment box by citing the fact that the gun was brand new and in the break in period common to Hi-Points

  • God that gun is a piece of shit. That is definitely something someone would pick up and commit a crime with. Only for 180 dollars you can buy a plastic piece of rubbish attacked to the bottom of a huge steel block. I hate those fucking guns.

  • I've never seen any gun with anything "attacked" to it. But I have seen a lot of know it alls that can't spell worth a fuck.

That's not a typo, the keystrokes are nowhere near the correct ones, it's faggotry I tell you, faggotry.

  • Funny thing that pretty much all of the Hi-Point videos show the pistol working just fine.........

Have you ever actually tried one out?

  • cheap piece of shit it really is.

  • the last person who would have agreed with you is crying in his pillow

  • You may think the comment was a bit harsh it may be but you get what you pay for quality its not ,cheap and nasty and inaccurate it is

  • noone said anything about harshness, and my 1st comment applies to your second as well.

  • my step dad got one of those and he only hit the target twice out of a 8 rounds. i hit 5 out of the 8 its a great little gun for 78 bucks

  • Pretty nifty toy ya' got there Teddy.

  • I gota laugh at all these stupid ass whinners bashing on hi point who I bet never even owned or fired a gun much less a hi point. Yeah their cheap but they go bang. I own quite afew guns that are much more pricy then the hi points. I'm just glad to see a gun that someone who doesn't have 650 bucks to drop on a glock17 can go out and buy and use their second amendment rights. The more guns out there in responsible owners hands the better. Gota get em while you still can!

  • little bit shakey are we

  • i shot a hipoint and i jammed after thesecond round or so and i had to mannaully cock the mother and it was not a ery reliable weapon. they ar worse than the lama fire storm

  • ah yes, another person who did no research before using an HP

read back on the pages of comments to see what you did wrong

  • i did nothing wrong i used like i used every other gun i have fired. i would rather pay the extra money and buy a glock or a S&W or a colt hell id rather have a tarus

  • "i used like i used every other gun i have fired"

like I said, you did something wrong =/

  • I've read about the hi point jamming problems it seems to be in the mags but they have great customer service and will make it right. That being said I have a firestorm mini45 and a bersa 380 (both made by bersa actually) and I've found them both to be GREAT weapons. I've not had one single jam though eather one, infact I have a Walthers PPK and I like my bersa 380 better, has a much better trigger pull. My firestorm 45 shoots just as well as my ruger P345, both great guns.

  • The one i used was made in italy. a lama firestar .45 it did not like hollow pionts it would would not chamber.

  • damn thats silent compared 2 mine i got some magtech rounds and mine sound like grenades lol

  • camera audio footage is usually quite lower than real life. Plus the mic was so close to the muzzle it kinda fucked it up like if something loud is close to your ear.

  • if your going for the matrix look, you definatly looked like neo in the first part. cool glasses!

  • I don't get all the hi-point bashing either. I own three and none of them ever jam plus they are very accurate. I would love to see if any of these people talking so much shit would have the balls to step in front of mine?

  • Yes they would, on the internet. Seriously though, we would never be so lucky.

There is actually 2 years worth of 90% positive comments about HPs along with this video, so I think we know where the majority stands, thank god for modern human intelligence.

  • How many rounds have you shot through your hi point C9? Just curious...

  • Well over 2400

  • don't worry, it's sure to explode within the next few rounds...

  • I;m hoping you say this from experience, but doubt you have ever owned one.

  • I used to have C9, i got rid of it cause it jammed way too much

  • mmhmm, how many rounds did you put through it b4 giving up?

  • Well when you spend more on ammo then you did on the gun and it's still stovepiping then we have a problem. The only other gun i've had a problem like that with was a Jimenez, that's when i learned that cheap guns end up costing more than higher grade guns when it comes to making the damn things work correctly

  • you didnt answer the question, will you do so now?

  • This argument is stupid!

As far as HPs are concerned, I taught a girl to shoot the other day. She ahd a 9mm HP that her brother gave her cause he had a felony and could no longer own a gun. It shot reasonably well. It was heavy, and the action was pretty rough. I had a SW 9mm and a glock .40 with me. They both outshot the HP. She wanted a glock after shooting mine.

  • Then why did you join it?

You weren't the original owner of the gun, therefore you don;t even know if it was broken in yet, did you research the weapon brand before using it? That is good to do with any gun you own.

Also, HPs arent for everyone. What we usually deal with here are people who know nothing about HPs or have never shot one, and they talk trash about them due to their odd look and design and low cost.

I love Glocks, but with the proper care my HP is just as reliable.

  • Delivery truck drivers should leave the gun handling to people that know what they are doing. Also, there is nothing crooked about some good old fashioned callous making back bone breaking sex. Most soldiers, cops, security contractors have a type A personality. Sex is just one more way to make our heart beat faster. Dirty civillians are so fucking clueless.,

  • Thank you for confirming that you are a grade a shitty cop, that is if you really were one. Listen to yourself, any person that is remotely like you has no business being a cop.

And you spammed my comment box here and blocked me. All the shit you typed is meaningless, deleted, and now you are blocked since you blocked me, pussy faggot.

  • lol Youtube closed phendricks69's account

  • where going to be real clue-less when we start shooting back hu, the only deferents between you and a felon is one bad choice, thrill-s bull shit more like a cowered lets get these guns out of there hands so we don't have a challenge stealing every thing they own, owe he shot at me let's get that gun banned, sniveling pussy bitch go join the hitler club dirty fucking pig more like it, think we named you fuckers after a varmint/pest for nothing fucking parasite don't worry you are all the same

  • wtf????

    who are you talking to?

  • guess the guy that will never read it lol you know the one that called all of us dirty civilians sorry about have a great night lol

  • all you have to do is use the reply button by his comment and a reply box will open up. this will trigger an email alert as well as an alert here that he will notice and be linked directly to your response to his comment. this works all over youtube and has been in place for a really long time =/

  • yea I did that but for some reason it ended up here take care

  • You don't beleive that I am who I say I am? You don't think I've shot High Points? Well, believe whatever you need to in order to feel good about yourself. Here is what I believe, you will never in your life find an LE agency that would give their officers a piece of crap like that. Show me one agency. Or just keep doing Ad Hominem attacks on my screen name and avoiding the real issues.

  • The real issue is that you are a faggot and a liar. I'll just leave your comments up without tearing them down anymore since I;d just be saying the same thing over and over. Any intelligent human can see through your stupid shit, any other human will likely defend and bloster you.

69 is a description of a sex act, no police officer worth a shit would incorporate that into their name unless they were a shit crooked cop. No good cop would make his only friend here a shitty porn channel.

  • EDIT: HAHAHA you stupid faggot you blocked me lol

  • You are right, $50 is too littel to pay for a gun, but it isn't really a surprise when a new one goes for $99 dollars, also much too little to pay for a decent gun. Shit. Items devalue when they are used. To pay half price for something used is not all that uncommon.

  • lol, 99 dollars eh? hahahaaa stupidass where do you buy your guns a fucking shack?

You're not going to find an HP at any good dealer for no fucking 99 dollars you stupid shit, jesus fucking christ research something before you buy it or talk about it. lol I'm convinced now that you;ve never shot one that wasnt stolen or some shit.

And you say you are a cop, yet have the number "69" in your name and your only friend on here is the fucking playboy channel,

Get the fuck out my youtube.

  • Jesus I keep finding more stupid shit in your comment.....

In regards to confusion about the slide, SAFETY FIRST MOTHERFUCKER, HAVE YOU HEARD OF IT?

Jesus, please dont ever have children.

Anyway, I'll bet you are a gun dealer who is pissed off that people can now buy an affordable gun, break it in, and use it for protection instead of lining your pockets, asshole.

  • lol a gun that never jams....hahaha did you just say that for real?

  • i bought a used one for 50. it became clear why it was so cheap. i gave it away.

  • UM yeah, if you;re fucking stupid enough to pay 50 dollars for ANY gun then you deserve to get a malfunctioning weapon. Think about why you only had to pay 50 bucks for the HP YOU bought, think about it really hard....

  • it looks like he was confused by the slide at the beginning of the video. i guess that a high point is ok if all you are going to do is "plink." however, if you work in law enforcement, security contracting, or are thinking of carrying the gun for self-defense, you want a gun that never jams. a signle jam at the wrong time could be serious.

  • i have a hp c9, its great, never 1 problem out of it

  • you next video should be named "Just a vid of me shooting myself" haha JK cool gun, how much do they run?

  • SHIIIIIIIIIT! lol

I;ve heard of people getting them for as little as 99$. But I believe the website advertises this 9mmCP as 179 dollars or so. I paid 160 for mine in 2006.

  • ive never had a gun before but recently i have gotten really into them im 16 so would this be a good gun to start with

  • Ask your father, and check the laws of the state you reside in to see how legal it is for someone your age to own, transport, and fire one. A Hi-Point would be good to start with because of it's cost. If you decide you dont like guns then you arent out very much money. If you like it though, then you still have a good gun. Also be sure yourself and your father research HP's unique points. Just google it and check their forums as well.

  • I've considered buying this firearm. Its much cheaper than everything else so I'm wondering what the downside is. How much are the 9mm rounds? Most of my firearms are black powder but I do have a .22 rifle and the ammo is very inexpensive.

  • I don't understand why there are so many HP haters out there? Is it because some of you paid WAY to much for your weapon or what? Look, I have weapons from HP, Glock, Taurus, Mossberg and I want a Berretta if for no other reason, just for comparison. I really like all of them, but at the end of the day, I've had the same amount of jams/problems with all of them. It's about two things- maintenance and ammo. Keep 'em clean and stay away from Brazer Brass/Wal-mart brand ammo and you'll be fine.

  • i totally agree with you. i own a hi-point 9 and its a great pistol. some of my friends have other caliber pistols made by hi-point and they enjoy theirs too, but anyway just droppin a line to say i agree.

  • Comment removed

  • what a piece of shit

  • That's what your father said at your birth

  • lmao thats fuckin funny man.

  • I used to own a hi-point 9mm...I think it was the C9 Comp.

I probably remember putting almost 200 rounds through it. I probably had about a dozen or less malfunctions. It was a fun gun to shoot.

Yeah they are ugly, but it does work. And it's American made.

I have to try and Americanize my gun collection. All of my guns are foreign made. I'm thinking about the Ruger SR9 or maybe one of the older P Series 9mm pistols.

  • hey surveillance, you put 200 rounds through it and had a dozen or less malfunctions and you think thats good?

  • We are talking about the break-in period dumbass. a dozen rounds going bad in the first 200 is pretty good.

  • i have the hp 9mm and have fired over 500 rounds without a jam. hp is a very good brand. great bangf for the buck!! i have nothing but good things to say about hp.

  • No, that's not good. Let me clarify...I think it was the ammo I was using. I was using very low recoil ammo, which may not have had enough energy to retract the slide back/.

Hi-points are neat little guns though. I plan on buying another one to replace the one I had.

I remember trying to take it apart and I damaged some parts through my own carelessness. That will not happen again!!!

  • Hmm....

Just about every Hi-Point user on the forums is going to tell you that a dozen or so jams during the break in period is nothing bad. I had way more than that myself. It began shooting just fine after about 200 rounds.

  • Oh, you had a "dozen or less" malfunctions in 200 shots? Wow. I'm "impressed".

I've put 650 rounds through my Beretta px4 with ZERO malfunctions. That's what it's like when a gun works.

  • I;ve since
