they r just playing characters on screen & it is the writer's who allowed such 2 make them look bad as parents, in real life they r good parents 2 their 2 kids which they share custody & that shows how much they did love each other once 2 set aside their differences 4 the sake of their kids

Bad writing and they probably couldn't get Jack Wagner to come back. The problem with the current show is that they've written Frisco and Felicia to be dead-beat parents. Now, Frisco might be considered that since he pretty much abandoned the family in favour of adventure. Felicia, however, stayed with the girls up until a few years ago and the girls were already aged to be in college. How does that make her a deadbeat mom or uncaring one. Revision of history, bad writing...lazy writing.

This is so very, very true. As much as I love Frisco and Felicia, I don't want them to come back as long as Guza and Phelps are there. They've ruined the show and sacrificed pretty much all of GH's AMAZING history, including Frisco and Felicia's character assassinations in the process.

I was hoping GH would be smart enough to have Frisco return when Georgie got killed,and it was stupid that they did not. but he has been so busy working on the other soap,he got tired of the way they did GH. I actullay liked them better than luke and laura story.

I am upset that Frisco didn't come back for Georgie's funeral and for birthdays and other important events. However, there are certain actors that can't be replaced and if the actor is too busy to join the party, we are out of luck. Even after all this time, they could not have gotten a new actor.

@jenbanter They had Kevin Barnhardt (later played Kevin O'Connor) stand in for Frisco for around 2 weeks in 1985 and it was awful. The chemistry wasn't there with Felicia or anyone else. Jack Wagner is the only one who can play Frisco.

The writers suck and I wish there was a way to get the old writers back or get some that believe in the way GH used to be in the 80s/90's...the so called "romantic" scenes look like absolute crap compared to the great couples like Felicia and Frisco...Luke and Laura...Robert and Anna....anything we can do?

I was like WTF? What are they doing to these characters? Why are these stupid writers not staying true to the character or the history of the show! Not only that, but GH is not about the hospital anymore. They might as well change the titile from General Hospital to Gangta's & Ho's now, because that's all what's being displayed on this once great show.

@sonyab1974 You're missing the point. The current writers are rewriting GH history yet again by portraying Felicia as a mother who abandoned her children. They were adults when Felicia was written out of the show. For all of their childhood, Felicia was there...as a loving mother. NOWHERE was she ever written as the woman that Maxie now thinks of her as. Maxie, of all people, should have realized how hard it was for Felicia to raise the two girls without Frisco.

I remember when Felicia kept wanting to have her adventures and wanted to help Luke and Laura to help find Lucky I was angry. I wanted her to go home to be with her kids! They sorassed Maxie and Georgie all the time it was so annoying! Do you remember? :)

@sonyab1974 I think the point that pxbarrel is trying to make is that the writers wrote Felicia to be this terrible mother who abanded her family, and that was never Felicias character. If Kristina Wagner wanted to lave the show they could have written it in a way where the girls still had an off screen relationship with her. The felicia i grew up with would never just have skipped town and never spoke to her family again!
