Importing this game from Japan was sooooo worth it. It's fantastic. It's everything I love from all american AKI wrestling games put into one. I love the combo strikes mode from Revenge, the fast paced gameplay, music, and modes from WM 2000, and all the moves from those games. No Mercy is great and all, but gameplay wise, VPW 2 is vastly superior.

Several animations are different, VPW features moves that are not included in the American titles because American wrestlers do not use them! They wouldn't put the burning hammer or German Suplex No Sell reversal in No Mercy or anything because those moves blow every WWE move out of the water.
