I am even faster than i was before because when i went back to work in horrific pain i had to learn how not to make any wasted movements . Have you ever saw a real old guy look like he was going slow but blow away a young guy who looked like he was flying? Its all no wasted movements. Once you learn 2 make every move count you become a fast neat Mason.

Like anything man you will have to get used to it, Over time it gets better, you just have to be smart, try not to do any jerky movements and if you can use a gym and strengthen all your back muscles to the point where the only thing that will ruin you back will be old age, i know plenty of people who are still doing it at old age, they just looked after them selfs, it does have its injurys though but you work through them. If you can use your brain id say do that instead lol.
