Lovely video! Thanks for sharing. Do you know if the zoo is planning to wean or separate Fu Long from his mother soon?  Just wondering because Zhen Zhen, the cub at the San Diego Zoo, who was born just a few weeks earlier than Fu Long, has just been weaned from her mother and is now on her own. Thanks again for another good capture of Fu Long.

No, there are no plans! Fu Long will be weaned when his Mum decides (and not the zoo or the keepers!) that it's the right time for weaning. Frankly, our local media would put the Zoo through the grinder if the keepers seperate Fu Long like San Diego did with little Zhen Zhen, although the cub was still nursed ...

Kein Wunder, da viele Besucher trotz Verbotsschilder mit Blitzlicht fotografieren. Das ist ja unangenehm für die Tiere.
