Just started looking up this trick and yours was the most informative that I have found. Thank you for slowing down the important parts. I will watch over and over again until I have this down.
Great tutorial. I've done this pattern for quite a while and I never knew how to get into it from a cascade. This will help me put in smoothly into my routine. Thanks for the great tutorial.
The way I do it is a little different. I throw one side a bit higher and then the other side a bit lower. From that point it shouldn't be too difficult to get back into the cascade.
GREAT tutorial! very well explained, but I have one suggestion. You should put the siteswaps for several 3 and 4 ball excercises involving the (6x,4) set of throws, and a link to jugglinglab. What helped me the most when learning (6x,4)* was being able to see all the 3 and 4 ball excercises in jugglinglab.
I just am old and am having slow times with getting my left hand really higher and keeping my right hand low....it's just that one side thats killing me yet....it's hard to make them land basicly on top of each other...
best tutorial on this trick ive seen. even though i already know it. ive seen a bunch of people start a flash of (6x,4)* with both hands but i start it with a single throw. am i the only one out there?
Dude, your stuff kills me. You make it look so effortless. Thanks for posting this, I will have to work on it in the future.

how do you get from (6x,4)* back into the cascade?
AlexTedeschi 3 years ago
I often collect 2 in each hand from (6x,4)* then do a 1up 4up and back to the cascade.
eMretsiM 3 years ago
Okay, thank you. I'll have to try that out. =]

EXCELLENT tutorial!!
explaining the notation was a nice touch, as well as tossing in the 2 contrasting balls near the end for clarity.
thanks!

You're very good. Thinking about the fact that i can only juggle 3 balls regularly, your skills destroy mine =P
