martiriobaby, yes...I got it...this sampling taken from a beautiful song called, "Easy to be Hard"...by the band 3 Dog Night. Same song used in huge broadway hit, "Hair" (Milos Forman) from that same era you mention. "Hair" is also available on film. Hope that helps you! :)
