The beatles whole recording career was about 7 YEARS!! this idiot is taking what he thinks is the most trite stuff of the beatles and comparing it to a stones song he likes. How about take the whole stones catalog and put it on shuffle for a couple hours... you'll see how many nothing, throwaway, songs the stones have. Then try the same experiment with the beatles.
The beatles are harder than the stones when they want and softer/more melodic when they want. Just better overall. Easily

@imaRoLLingStonzFan Hey Vikki don't you think it's a bit unfair how you and other Stones fans only like to name the early Beatle songs to try and prove your point. It's always songs like She Loves You, I want To Hold Your Hand or Love Me Do that you name - as if that's all they did. Please note Love Me Do was written in 1962, I don't even think the Stones were writing their own songs in 1962 - maybe if they had been then they too would have a few simple songs.

I really don't have much of a problem anymore with comparisons between The Stones & Beatles because The Stones always loose. Maybe Beatle fans should have sympathy for you guys as it's blatantly obvious and hard fact that The Beatles sold so much more with just 8 years worth of material, had more No.1 singles, were far more influential (look it up if you think otherwise!), had more than double the amount of No.1 albums and are far more loved by the masses!
