  • I LOVE how brief each description is WHILE performing exercise. Usually vids talk a lotta vomit for 5min then engage. Makes me discouraged to view the thing. Best of all about this vid is that he consolidates every exercise displayed once more at the end. Awesome editing & directing.

  • hey kiddos... the tittle of the video is Explosive Circuit... fighting sports is not about fighting all day, this training is actually good for increasing power....specially the Observer75 guy... a man who doesn't respect someone else training...clearly is not someone strong...

  • uuummmm....this is called conditioning....it is one of like 6 different types of mma training....yes if all you do is conditioning you wont be a good fighter

  • you need good conditioning if your going to drill the same movement over 300 times a day
