Can someone please explain Junjin's accident? I have no idea what happened and am very curious cause I just love the guy!

He injured his head really badly when he was asked to do a back flip on a show. The doctor said that he won't survive the night. The members were crying so badly. In the end, HE SURVIVED. It was during the perfect man time if i'm not mistaken
