well they could but the licesning would be astronomicaly too pricey considering how many Anime and american charecters are in this game from Anime, to Cartoons, to Video Games itsa just way too many properties smashed into one product

I'll explain ... This thing is called MUGEN, a computer program used to create, edit and adjust characters, stages and scenery in a game. Whatever you see here, is just 'what you think as a real game' but in fact, it's just all copy, edit and paste work from a computer.

I first thought it was a game too, but I learnt about MUGEN.

Also, yeah, it might possibly be a future game due to a vast publication ... but that would take up too much memory for a system.
