Code geass isn`t romance. It's kinda like Death Note. if you know it, then The black haired guy is sorta like Light and the other one is like L. This anime is about war (The Holy Empire of Britannia vs Japan aka Area 11) and it has a lot of mecha (Knightmare Frames) on a scale from 1-10, i'd give it a 10. it was really interesting, and the ending was 100 times better than Death Note.
