olay: everything is perfect but beside the music... it mignt be better for other folk movies but for this kind of doc. and region of the world, i'd say its an epic fail. but i am glad that at least they are showing the hard work of sherpas in this doc.. normally discovery or national geographic like to hide them in the background and make the climbers look like real pure heroes...

The first time I watched this was a few years ago, now that I've read into thin air, everything seems so much more grim when I watch it Rest In Peace for the 12 who died during this summit attempt from various expeditions.

@greyjug into thin air is written by a cowardly piece of trash journalist Jon Krakauer who does his best to discredit the true heroes on the mountain, whilst anatoli bourkreev went out into a storm with no visibility jon krakauer lay in his tent refusing to help, Jon krakauer left beck weathers to die when he asked him for help, john krakauer is a piece of shit if there ever was one, i suggest you read, "The Climb" by Anatoli Bourkreev. Rip AB

@Jolinator Going out in the story over tired and he might have cause Beck to die when he did infact live! But that is my opinion and im not trying to take it away from you and yes Anatoli was a great climber and should be remember for his brave actions!
