the poo is almost as big as the baby panda =), and also as cute as the panda lol. Pandas are the best animal in the world nothing is cuter than this simply no animal can exceed the panda. Hippos are fun and fat but not as cute as this little teddybear i wanto to have one. Oh well i have to settle with my panda teddybear =)

I think the lack of nasty smell is not only because of the diet. For example, cows only eat grass but their poop have a nasty smell. It's more about how adapt they are to the diet, and pandas just can't digest it properly. (I hope I understood your comment properly....)

We took a backstage (? cage?) group tour on this visit. The handler passed around a tray with panda poop and told us to take a sniff. Surprisingly it didn't have any nasty smell at all. It was like moist green tea. The explanation was that the pandas are not fully adapt to the bamboo eating life style and cannot digest it properly like other herbivores. So, it is not be as nasty as it seems... (perhaps??)

They only eat bamboos. I guess this is a question like "why do people kiss each other?". We know it is because it is a symbol of affection, but why did it have to be an act of inhaling, not exhaling? It didn't matter, as long as everybody understood what it meant.
