  • This is an insane workout! I'm definitely trying this one!!!

  • How are the sprints helping muscle gain? I thought heavy cardio training followed by heavy strength training reduced muscle growth. But that isnt the case here?

  • @einherjen no thats not really the case, this kind of cardio will help burn fat without burning muscle, its the prolonged low intensity cardio (lots of it) that will start to effect your strength. short duration (15-25 mins) high intensity cardio / conditioning sessions or interval training is great for shedding fat without burning muscle and can be combined with strength training programs :)

  • Did this workout today.. BUT. I cut it in half. 5 reps on the double snatches and 2 sets of all the sprints. Still a very hard workout. I finished with 3 sets of agility work. Thanks guys for all the workouts, you're genius.

  • who much do rests last between sets?

  • cuanto duran los descansos( rest)? entre set y set

  • Thats insane. Does 4X10 mean 4 sets of TEN double snatches in between huge sprints?? So 40 double snatches per set? Times 4, 160 double snatches?? WTF? Who does that? I guess it takes a lot to be ripped.

  • lol...yeah by the end it's more of a fast jog:) Unfortunately there's also the diet component on getting ripped!

  • @MBodyStrength whoa that is insane. my mad methods indeed!

  • @MBodyStrength

Damn if someone was doing this like 2 or three times a week i woud guess that they would have to have a seriously huge food intake. Id have to eat like a 6000 calorie diet to do this and actually pack on the pounds i would guess.
