Would this be the car park where you go up one flight of stairs from the upper level of the shopping centre and then have to walk to some more stairs to access the parking levels?

I'm not sure, I've only ever used the lifts at the Arndale. But it only has the one car park as far as i know so it must be the one you speak of.
