  • Thanks for the reply Keith. A simple solution and it looks really good.

    Cheers

  • Nice shots Keith. I like the slate walling trackside. Is this real slate? Also the wire fencing looks good.

Have a good New Year. Cheers, John

  • Thanks John. The walling is old roof slates cut randomly with an electric tile cutter and hammered in. The dry stone walls are slate chippings from a garden centre. I rinse the slate then build them up in 2 foot lenghths on the bench with clear silicone and sprinkle dry sand on to hide the silicone. The fence was a sheet of wire from a builders merchant (for rabbit hutches etc.) Best wishes Keith

  • Fantastic video Keith, totally outstanding track layout. Cannot wait to see it .

  • @ldd55uks Thanks Mick, glad you like it, see you soon - Keith

  • They are Bachmann kits that are about 12 years old now and were first painted yellow in one of my earlier films. I resprayed them a few years ago using aerosols and masking tape. Thanks for looking, best wishes, Keith

  • Those are great coaches. Did you paint them yourself?
