  • what song is this?

  • hey how did the paint hold up i might do that to mine just please let me no.

  • i have a 1998 cr80r just started my first rebuild it and i have a couple questions 1.IS THERE SUPPOSED TO BE ONLY 1 PISTON RING

2.what is the size of the cylinder(mines 49mm and im not sure if its bored out or not).

  • I had a blast rebuilding my cr 125. its better than ever. hows your bike? your kick start is messed.

  • lucky ya dident blow it agian ya gota let it idle for a while then run it with no wight on it

  • lucky ya dident blow it agian ya gota let it idle for a while then run it with no wight on it

  • lucky ya dident blow it agian ya gota let it idle for a while then run it with no wight on it

  • gordo puto

  • she's ALIVE!! (bike stalls)

  • nice bike

  • so did you take it out to a 105 or bring it back to 82. im rebillding my cr80 and its got a wisco 105 bore kit so im keeping it a 105

  • fucking wangster.

  • time doesnt have anything to do with how often a 2-stroke shuld be rebuilt. its either when u blow a piston or when theres 75 hours on the piston,

  • Cool video! Can you change the settings so mobile devices can watch it?

    Thanks

P.S. I am rebuilding a 1989 cr80r and adding new cool stuff so check out my channel!

  • geat video

  • im working on my 1988 cr 125. cant wait to make a video

  • that bike loooks pritty nice lol.........

  • it took you forever to start it and my bike was normal after i rebuilt it and its a cr 85.

  • you payed 1000$ for a bike thats like all part

  • that thing runs shit

  • @justinsharman1 dude learn how to read he jsut got it rebuild all 2 stoke's run like that until u break them in u dumbfuck

  • yea runs great my ass

  • needs a new kick start shaft spring. ur fucken retards.

  • all that time and money and didnt fix the kicker return, smart

  • good song =)

  • that needs a new kickstart racet

  • i need help i have a 1986 kx80 the air box hole is 100% circle but the air filters are always diffrent looking will it still work?

  • looks like you also forgot to buy a new spring for the kick starter

  • you shouldnt have to push the kick starter back up it should go up automaticly

  • How long does it take to brake in the engine?

  • you dont need to turn it off right away you need it to idle for 5 mins till its hot then you turn it off then you wait till its cold then you start it and go through every gear boging then you cool it of agen then you rip it up.

  • you need a topend rebiuld every 15 hrs..

and you need a new kickstart =s

  • you needed a new kick start

  • mate that is wank sounds week and really boggy i have rebuilt my mates yz 125 and it started on 3rd kick and it sounded alot stronger than this get it sorted out and whats wrong with the kick start ???

  • wats up with the kick start

  • hey if my bike doesnt run and i rebuild it it should run right cause i got a 1989 cr80 and it turns over and it should run right any body answer that

  • The bike runs perfect. I got a k&n, pro circuit shorty silencer, new fuel lines, jetted carb, clutch and kick starter serviced professionally. It sounds as good as an 125. Im keepin the 80 and gettin a cr250. My friend is gettin his 07 crf450 in a week an were gonna be riding that sh!t every day.

  • and you start it and let it idle for about 2 or three minutes the first start, then let it cool, then run it for about 10 minutes at a time, or until its at full running temperature, taking it easy, , that bike needs a new cylinder, its worn like crazy, and you need some serious carb and jet adjustments, cause it doesnt even idle, that motor is so worn its rediculous, i would rebuild that thing asap

  • u r all on about how often they should be rebuilt but really there is no guideline because it depends on how often u ride it and how hard u ride it also bigger engines dont need to be done as much as small engine because they strugle less but once a year is probs a rough guide

  • no, no matter how hard you ride or how often you ride, every 10-15 hours max it needs a rebuild, because after that point you run a risk of blowing it up, and this bike needs a new cylinder, it was $92 because its very worn, you can tell by how it has low compression and is boggy, and they didnt put the spring back on right on the kick start, cause its not coming back up, and you dont turn it off that soon after start up, first off, it should have started and revved high due to the lack of fuel

  • sounds week as hell

  • hhaaha it sounds like a leaf blower. the compression sounds like it sucks and its all boggy and it sounds like a high revin 4 stroke

  • looks like it has no compresion

  • cant see compression retard

  • if u watch him kick it you'll see.

  • bad 2 bore a 2 stroke, makes the piston work harder and can seize up the engine quicker and if u all think im dumb, my dad has been a mechanic for 35 years and used to race motocross, he knows himself.

  • 2-strokes should be rebuilt every 2 years

  • 2 strokes should be rebuilt every 50 hrs

  • now is this for just the top end or bottom as well?

  • @defkon99 they should have new piston rings small end gudeon you dont need to rebuild the bottom ends that often they tend to last

  • @notoriousde no they shouldent

  • @notoriousde if that equals every 8-10 hours than yeah. lol

  • @notoriousde two strokes should be rebuilt every month if you ride alot and if you race, i rebuild my 2011 yz250f every other month and do rings every month your luck ur case only costed $150 both mine costed $650

  • I bought it for 1000 a year ago took 2 months make the money an it was worth it. 2-strokes are the Sht. For my first bike it was a monster ; I lost a couple springs and the right plastic while it was taken apart for a year in my friends garage; They say honda pistons put out more power but I got the pro-lite for what they say has longer use

  • for your first bike thats some serious mechanic work. im on my 4th bike and im still not comfortable going into the engine

  • depends on what kind of bike you have, 2 strokes are easy to rebuild so its no big deal, but still nice work.

  • @notoriousde Pro lites are trash. Well wiseco is trash period but put vertex pistons the last longer and tend to ware out and thats it they dont crack like wisecos when the wear out

  • @RIPBJN wiseco isent trash you are you fucking idiot.

  • @02hondacr125 i can show you all 5 pistons i ever bought from them they all cracked. there trash after 5 hours there done. know what your talking about

  • @RIPBJN thats why all my wiseco's in all my high performance 2 strokes have been going over 200 hours. You just dont take care of shit i garantee it. With a forged piston you have to let them warm up before revving or they will blow up,crack whatever. You are indeed a fucking dumb ass.

  • @02hondacr125 i allway let my bike warm up for 5 or 10 minutes. allways change oil after 3 rides and airfilter after 1. anything starts leaking i break my motors down and replace it. low compression my bike gets a new top end. i take care of my bike. i race you might trail ride. me i rev my bike to keep them in the motor. atleast for my riding sstyle there trash.

  • @02hondacr125 your right a wiseco never left me walking. sounds like some one ether cant ride or can't put a top end in.

  • how long do wiseco pistons last?

  • did you forget the kick start spring? lol

  • nice bike man. keep them 2 stroke's ALIVE..!!!!!
