You turn it on from the main options menu (the one on the main menu). It's not related to freeze arrows.

Well its more weirder that if Australians play DDR. but most of them play it on Beginner. but i flamed most of the Ausies playing DDR in my local arcade. but im an australian born filipino, who plays DDR for 7 years and plays it on Difficult, but moving on to expert.

It isn't Weird that Asians or americans play DDR (including Europe).

I can do it on expert now with 2-3 boos. I was proud of the 220 combo I pulled off on it. Although not missing any puts you a fair bit above my skill level still. :)

Ya, I can't get into Guitar Hero anymore, I find DDR so much more thrilling that it kind of just ruined GH for me. (that and I'm not any good at GH anyway)
