i also live in Maryland... i would like to have a conceal carry permit. ive been around police, military Gov personell my entire life. and Maryland is the worse place to be. never had a problem with other states. i use to work in West Virginia, and i was allowed to wear gunbelt and carry my S&W Model 686 and ammo. just as long as it was in plain sight. here... people are sheltered and believe only cops and law enforcement can have a firearm. so i have reason to be sour....

I'm assuming that a citizen was exercising their right to open carry under the 2nd Amendment at a restaurant when an officer was called to the scene from other concerned citizens?
The fact of the matter is that a business has the right to ask you to leave the premisses, whether you are carrying a weapon or not, as it is private property. If you do not leave as asked, you are trespassing and therefore breaking the law.

The only thing that sucks about a level three is that if you're jacked up enough where things are hitting the fan it can be problematic, though muscle memory is great through repetition. We have a city near ours that use level IV and I can just imagine what a royal pain in the ass that has to be. Great to hear your wife carries, I've taken mine a couple of times but truth be told I'm not sure I trust her enough, gun safety isn't second nature to her unfortunately

The context of this video is confusing:
I'm assuming that a citizen was exercising their right to open carry under the 2nd Amendment at a restaurant when an officer was called to the scene from other concerned citizens?
The fact of the matter is that a business has the right to ask you to leave the premisses, whether you are carrying a weapon or not, as it is private property. If you do not leave as asked, you are trespassing and therefore breaking the law.

@grimravenous the little girl who is in school currently learning about it has WAY more of a chance at reciting or knowing the 2nd amendment, so yes she may have been prompted (which i agree it was at least a little) but you grab me 20 kids here age and 20 people his age and the numbers might surprise you. thsi video wasnt meant as an example. if your a office of the law there should be NO excuse for why you dont know the rights of the people you are "protecting"

They are not some special brand of human. Anyone can learn how to use and handle a gun just as those that become a police officer or a soldier in the armed forces and yes of course you should know how to handle a gun if you get one just as you should know how to handle a vehicle before you buy one.

The only thing that sucks about a level three is that if you're jacked up enough where things are hitting the fan it can be problematic, though muscle memory is great through repetition. We have a city near ours that use level IV and I can just imagine what a royal pain in the ass that has to be. Great to hear your wife carries, I've taken mine a couple of times but truth be told I'm not sure I trust her enough, gun safety isn't second nature to her unfortunately
