shut the fuck up. If you hate working at walmart so much cause they pay too little, why dont you quit? Walmart doesnt force anyone to work there or shop there. Go somewhere else if you hate it so much.
@gopconservative78 Feel free to give us a legitimate Wal-Mart side of the story than... This video is about the Outsider perspective. Not the assholes who take in 421 billion dollars.
@IBloodSweatTears that is $421 billion in revenue you idiot.....profits overall are $14.2 billion or 3.3% so out of the $421 Billion in revenue $406.8 billion is cost and the rest is profit to pump right back into their companies. I know this is a little too much for your pee-brain union scumbag but that is economics
@gopconservative78 I actually study economics, Excuse me for not wanting to give a fucking lesson in 500 Characters but since your asking for it. I recently wrote a case study on Wal-Mart, I know the numbers. Your profit number are off, It's 16.2 billion in profits. The first company in U.S history to mount more than 400 billion dollars. Retail profit numbers are generally small due to the tight margins. Forgive me for not being a union killer.
@gopconservative78 You still have not responded, You were calling me a "Idiot" & a "Pee-brain" But you still have not responded back with any factual knowledge, And It's been 2 weeks! Since you think you know economics, And you think this video is bullshit bias & you have Wal-Marts side of the story.
Have at it, Tell me what you know about you "Fuzzy economics". I'll humor you, What are Economics? I have never heard of it before!
@gopconservative78 I didn't ask you for revenue & profit numbers, I know that, and some. That's meaningless to me.
"this is bullshit union bias.........typical" - You
I asked you for your defense of Wal-Mart. Your "un-biased" analysis. This documentary is called "The High Cost Of Low Prices". Any idiot can see before watching this it was going to show the downfall of Wal-Mart, The outsider perspective.
So, tell me whats really going on, Since this is bullshit.
I can totally understand freeking starving to death while working at wal-mart..so many lunch times i spent with nothing to eat! :( I could'nt get any food stamps i had no children,so i went without for a while.
Why do we continue to watch television, visit facebook, or eat microwaved food. We have become a nation of excessive convenience and convenience is a more addicting drug than nicotene.
why wont they provide a liviable wage and stuff. Here is the answer: YOUR AN EXPENDABLE ASSET. YOU EXIST FOR THE SOLE PURPOSE OF MAKING THEM MONEY. WHEN YOU OUTLIVED YOUR USEFULLNESS, YOU GO BYE-BYE.
wal-mart is by far the worst company in america fleecing of america goes way deeper than that they are the poster child for not allowing what this giant retail store has become . they come in and become everyones ""friend"" well after they are in your village ,city, or whatever they manipulate they community and local law makers into believing they are doin ok cause they hire ppland lay off half of what's hired and refuse to pay uneploymeny wally is trash!!! point blank
fuck wal-mart honestly i was working for them back in 92' i was fired due to a leak in trust as far as a brown noser of the boss odd thing is is that person is still wrking there and she is not nowhere more higher in the chain than she was when i was terminat ...
Hotels like Hyatt Regency and The Woodlands Resort in Texas do things like that, they don't care if you're starving, they'll pay you an insufficient salary. I understand you have to work hard/educate yourself but that doesn't change the fact that companies like this are evil.

There will always be low paying jobs in the US. Someone has to do the job. If your uneducated, and/or too lazy to better yourself you don't deserve a high paying job. As long as people take these minimum wage jobs. Walmart will still be around. If you don't like Walmart don't work there! Stop complaining because your to stupid to get a better job. You aren't entitled to make more money because the company your working for is making billions of dollars.
Most people can't afford to go to college, and 30% of ALL those who did go to college end up with minimum wage jobs, and massive debts! Those that didn't go to college might still be stuck in minimum wage, but at least they're not stuck with the studant loan debt.
The only reason walmart makes so much is because they pay their employees so little! It's called CAPITALISM!
@gtiapr3 Yes because everyone can afford 50,000 a year for University. Also, unless you are a minority or female you are most likely not going to get financial aid.
@gtiapr3 Well who the hell can afford 35K a year? I know I sure as hell can't. It is basically a scam by the banks to force you to take out loans and get a degree that you can never use. Also, many of the schools that are around 10K good luck finding a job with that. A few of my friends fell into that trap and now they are staring at their diploma on the wall with no prospects of making a living wage.
@gtiapr3 Many of my friends went to Drexel University, a full time Co-op option between, tuition, fees, housing, meal plans is around $55, 000. I don't know anyone who is middle class who can afford that without taking out substantial student loans and if you don't have parents who are willing to help which mine weren't they wouldn't even give me their tax records so I could apply for financial aid then that is what you are stuck with. Our country is fucked and people are blaming
@gtiapr3 the working class rather than blaming corporations who lobby to get corporate welfare and lessen workers rights in congress. Sorry I'm not falling for it, this isn't only in the lower end paying jobs but happens in the corporate world. When you see other developed nations getting healthcare, weeks of vacation, sick time etc, you have to be a moron not see a problem.
I worked at wal-mart 2113 phoenix az for almost 5 years. i was more or less fired because i caught an asst. manager fucking an associate in the power room next to my freezers. did anyone listen to me? fuck no! i was railroaded out and made to look i was a loser and quit. i refused to sign their "greensheet" and left arizona. fuck wal-mart 2113! ghetto ass motherfuckers!!!!
@gojirajoe123 wal-mart isone of the largest outsourceing companys we have in america and they are the pitemie of what not to to do in america as a role model company cause that they are fr from fleecing of america ?? it goes way beyond that they are fleecing the industies of america and elminating the idea of good morale you know
as much as I was being full time. Plus, since I got moved to part time, I have to wait until my two-year anniversary to get ONE week of vacation. My closest family lives nearly 1,000 miles away and I'm lucky if I see them once a year. Does wal mart care? No.
I've been working at wal mart for almost 2 years. I started as a temp in Oct., and moved to FT permanent in Dec. For almost a year, I was full time. Then I got bunped down to part time because my "average in hours" wasn't enough to stay at full time status. I had full medical, dental, life insurance, everything, for me, my wife, and our two children. I now only have basic medical for me (I can't even APPLY for family benefits on part time status; computer won't let you) and I'm paying 2x
America fucking sucks !
move to Canada !

@KripDrip They run everyone else out of town, destroying local economies. There often isn't a choice.

they dont run anyone out of town. the customers do for choosing to shop at walmart instead of the other stores.

So, conservatives should hate Walmart. They make their employees go on govt assistance because they don't pay enough.
