It is not available in metric system. The program is called Design Master software for HVAC. You can buy it from them and customize to your needs. They are in business for a long time and I highly recommend them. I have customized to my companys needs so i can work with my customers. They give you a trial version for 30 days just fill up their form and try it out. Good Luck.
