Of course I don't have all the facts but on its face it sounds like there are a lot of holes in this conviction. The ultimate 'welcome home' insult to any returning veteran is to use his distinguished service to this country against him. Shame on the prosecutor for this cowardly move. Let justice be served in the review for appeal.
