some boys are still like that. and they almost never get the girl. too shy or afraid of rejection. agressive boys usually get the girl now. they get rejected too but they keep at it. tell girls what they want to hear. problem is they're not genuine so relationships don't last. people end up getting hurt and be damaged goods.

It's hilarious when Mr. Ingalls is always trying to talk to John but John always runs off to find Mary.... Why doesn't Mr. Ingalls not tell John where Mary is so he won't go running after her so he can at least talk to John about what he wants to talk about?
