wear sweat pants, knee socks, tennis shoes. sit and pull up sweat pants over kneecap, go close up knee to foot, slowly slide down knee socks around ankles. then cross one leg, run fingers up and down shinbone, massaging, and then do the other. press hard, press sides, rub shins. perfect vid from you. we love yer legs.....please???????

These exercises are already helping me with my concentration to study for my exames and to release all the tension in my body acumulated from sitting down all the time. Specialy in my back, that usualy getts more tense and painfull.
I'm starting to believe that Yoga is a really good step to make peace with my body.
I've just finished doing your 4parts weight loss yoga routine... and i have to say that these chill out videos are just what i needed! great job tara!!!
man, i hope tara knows that she has grown men watching these videos...simply because she's a greek goddess. don't know if she's greek but she is beautiful! makes me wanna stretch myself to the limit. i need to cause i feel a little tension in my lower back. great job Tara!
It appears that Tara is breathing with her chest rather than with her abdomen. I would think that abdominal breathing would be more appropriate for relaxation.
