I cannot say for Shock and Awe since I have yet to really level a shaman much, but I am using most of those addons myself sucessfully since the 3.3 patch.
Not just a totem addon, will work for absolutely anything ingame, for any class. Just drag and drop an item, macro, skill, spell, etc. It's called Opie, and it's amazing. :)
Can you make an addon pack for this please?
