After a lot of sampling and consideration I've decided the P-155 has a better sound than the P-120, and I don't understand why people insist on the P-120 as being the superior instrument (aside from the rhodes sound, which I don't care a whole lot about)

I want to buy a piano.. but i don't know if to buy an actual piano, or an electric piano.. so i was wondering which one would be better? because i like how heavy the keys r on the real piano, but on the electric ones i dont know if theyre heavy keys or not..

@TheLatina97 Most electric pianos do have weighted keys but not all. However electric pianos can be very expensive starting at $600 and going up. Not that regular pianos are any cheeper. Now some keyboards come with the weighted keys or touch sensitive keys like my WK-200 Casio keyboard I got for $200. It really depends on how much you are willing to spend. Or a old reletive might be willing to give you theres. My great grandmother gave me her seventy year old piano! Hope this helps you out =).

@TheLatina97 At todays' technology the electric ones come so close to a real one that I would suggest buying an electric it's also a huge space saver. Recording is also much easier as you can record straight to computer with cable, zero interference so the quality remains very good. Headphone plugs also give your neighbours and family peace. Soo yeah their also cheaper. I have p-155 myself as in the one in this video, cost me err 1000 euros

@TheLatina97 Check out pianopractice. org for a must read (and free!) PDF on practice methods and such. Specifically Chapter 1 Section III 17 for help choosing what piano to buy. (In a nutshell though, never an acoustic upright these days.. grands >7' if you have the environment and funds to keep it tuned/voiced.. otherwise a quality electric.)
