Wow Mike. You are so on the money. The one big problem I have seen, is that people lie to themselves, and actually believe they are %100 happy, when they are actually freaking miserable on the inside. Couldn't agree more about both needing to be happy with themselves before settling down. That does not mean necessarily that they're 100% happy over all, but that they are happy with who they are and what they stand for. Then as you said, each contributes the other 50%. Good stuff.
