Am I the only one who liked this Ruby? I thought she played her part very well. The first Ruby's bitchy my-way- or the-highway attitude didn't work so she changed tactics and played the sympathy card on Sam when he was most vulnerable. I thought it was brilliant.

The reason I find the new Ruby ruined, is because the original Ruby is nothing like her. It's like taking a new dean. With completely no humor. Some people would find the new dean more mature, but the character is totally different than it was. Genevieve's character might be a nice character if it was another person. But as Ruby I think she completely changed the character. So in my opinion Ruby is ruined. I respect your vision though.

I just couldn't agree more! agree with your words! Katie portrayed a rebelious schoolgirl, Genevieve was a real Ruby! Ruby had to act less bitchier this season and had to be a 'sweetheart' to make everyone believe and trust her, Katie's Ruby could never have done that! She was too predictable. I'm really sorry that they got rid of her like that, I'm mad at Kripke!
