did you know the flag south cyprus is using was designed by a Turkish Cypriot... im not saying Turks have ownership but the flag was meant to represent peace and unification between the two communities...then how come the south cypriot government rejected the 2004 Annan referendum to unite the island when their very own flag represents it.. @Spartz95 I dont follow Turkish inventions much but some Turk just recently came up with a 1 cylinder motor. that may not sound like much but its something.. we also had a airplane factory back in 1930's and so forth but it was closed down due to politics, NATO etc... so its the politics not Turks themselves that is the problem..just like the Greek politicians who got into debt and the Greek people have to pay for it..many Turks don't even want to get into the EU except for politicians.
