  • FUCK YOU PAIN!!!!!

  • I loved the video! But the music kinda got to me a bit. What is the name of the song? This brings me to my next question, could you so a video about music and how the brain reacts to it?

  • Wow, brilliantly done! Seconding @HeatherAPF RE: nociceptive signal flow. Also, just to nerd out because that's what I do (LOL!), you may want to either specify/explain mu agonist opiate/opioid activity, or not mention specific receptor subtypes at all. Very cool overall! :)

  • Love it! Awesome work--you're truly talented. The one thing I would say is that the pain pathway is *not* broken by opiates as much as it is like a temporary shock absorption phenomenon. Cannot think of the right word, exactly. But, b/c I have INTRACTABLE pain, the signal is always flowing. Nerves never stop carrying it. Vitamins/minerals/aminos/supplements/meds deaden it some. Over time, these have less effect. Need to take them on set daily schedule to control the pain... Does that make sense?

  • @HeatherAPF thank you for your comment! I´ve learnd a little bit more about pain. My wish for you is, that your way of pain will be broken!!!!! all the best and a pain free life for you! regards piranha.dl

  • @HeatherAPF would it just slow the flow of the signals?

  • I'm going to have a nightmare thanks to the eerie music! Animation was great!

  • spelled broken wrong...

  • @fcukkent I was just about to say the same thing :)
