I notice that you've only one clip in your sequence and probably no effects applied to it. I tried your technique but it didn't work. I had to re-render the entire sequence. Maybe it only works when you don't already have effects applied to your sequence.

Im recording in 1080p with a Nikon d3100 and seriously tried everything. I did put the effect in i did as described in the video too but NOTHING works. I always get the fucking lines. now can someone help me. there must be something basic that im doing wrong because it cant be that hard.
