Im vietnamese also... But I was born here. My country is Vietnam though. The reason why she has that twist in her accent is because she has to speak english for the lady. Of course, I dont have a twist in my accent because I was born in Tx. Lots of my relatives has twists in their accents... So just try to ignore the screechy sound. Lol.
