So Ceylon is limited edition so I would get that first. Gold deposit is now permanent so you can get that later on if you want to.

You can use it for blush/bronzer but for me it's pretty light

i just bought this three msf mineralized today at mac... it is so pigmented ,,, and i love the texture and im so happy that they still has it specially the limited ones ... petticoat and the ceylon and i bought also the soft and gentle for ny highlights and it is so gorgeous .... love it thanks for the tips .... and im so excited this is the first 3 msf that i bought ever...... it convinced me to buy this by watching your msf toturials...thanks you so much for sharing this

Did you look at the mineralized sheersheen powders? I m not sure if i should try them or not. But do you know if these are rare just like the msf's?

I just called my MAC store and found out that Gold Deposit MSF is going to be permanent at the MAC Freestanding stores along with a lighter shade (at least that's what the MA told me)

Thanks for the swatches! How do you feel that Soft & Gentle compares with the old Shimpagne? Also, is So Ceylon too dark for an NW15?

I'm not sure what old Shimpagne looks like so I can't compare it. So Ceylon may be a bit too dark but if you use a light hand it may work.

im NW15 too and i have so ceylon and it works fine its not at all orange it looks quite dark in the pan but when you swatch it its a pinky brown colour you could watch lollipop26's video on how to apply MSF's you'll see the colour

its such a pretty colour and i use it as a bronzer it works great :D

Soft and Gentle is the same color as Shimpagne, but a lot smoother. It's like a new and improved Shimpagne. Hope that helps =)

I love the Soft & Gentle. It really added a nice glow, but I have to return the others because I look pretty muddy. I tried them as a bronzer, it has a bit too much sparkle for a bronzer. Have you tried it as an all over bronzer yet? Maybe mine just has more of the "sparkley" particles or something. However, I absolutely positively love Soft & Gentle. It adds a radiance like no other MSF's I have gotten in the past.

I'm really fair & I bought Petticoat, & I was trying to decide between it & Soft & Gentle now I'm really wanting Soft & Gentle..I hope they still have it when I go back for it, I was afraid the darker ones might look muddy on me too.

the petticoat is very pretty, am thinking of getting it. but i already have lightflush, i heard that the colors of petticoat and light flush are very similar... i am wondering if you can compare these two for me, then i can decide to get petticoat or not.

thanks for the swatches!! I have been hearing amazing things about So Ceylon, but the color on the website quite frankly scares me. TRAGICALLY, my nearest MAC counter is 30 mins. away and between school and work I haven't found the time to go see it in person... I think your vid will spare me the drive- I LUV it on you!!
