@Frankiesrockdelivers It's been alonggggggg time, but I think you need the original AC 1, you die on purpose till your at a certain negative amount till you get a cinematics in lab, and you constantly do that to get human plus stuff. Google it, it'll be there somewhere. Then on project phant, then you can take that Ac from the first game and load it onto the next armored core games.

all i did was walk backwards shooting rockets. since the thing you fight is so big you dont need the targeting system of missles and rockets do lots of damage. this game was much easier, and not as good as the first armored core. i wish i never sold my first armored core....

yeah great, its slow and most of the attack did not hit you. you also have OP-I. very great.

while in nexus you fight without OP-I, and you have to take out Stinger in the Phantasma in some snowy remote place. and the phantasma itself shooting accurately plasma beam, grenade rounds and many many dual missiles. oh great

Actually OP-I is in Nexus but it was apparently removed last minute by Fromsoftware (except for Genobee but thanks to him it's obtainable). It is still on the disc(s) and can be activated through codebreaker and AR codes. In fact OP-I is obtainable in every game after Silent Line. By activating it you also get the ability to use an overweight AC also. (like the old AC games) OP-I in Last Raven is retardedly powerful since the code is taken from final Zinaida.

Those abilities are called the Human Plus upgrades. The only way to get them is by doing so in the first AC (the one right before this one) then carry over that save data.

If you have the first AC, run your self into debt and fail every mission, when you reach -50,000 credits you will see a cut scene. You will then get one Plus ability. Repeat this all over again 4 or 5 times to get every ability.

You cannot do this if you have already beaten the game.

If you are trying it on a game save in which you have already beaten the game (final mission) it will not work.

If you look at my previous comment to EICASActivitee, I mention that you can ONLY get Human Plus in AC1. To get it in AC PP you need to carry over the AC1 save.

Yes. AC PP is AC1's sequel. I mostly play AC1 on PS3 (since PS3 plays PS1 games) but I also play it on PC (with epsxe) to get a graphics boost. I play AC PP and AC MoA on my PC exclusively since I no longer have the game discs.

@xxxpopularxxx from what I can see, you've hit rock bottom. From my experience with Armored Core a cutscene appears of two doctors speaking off screen before a procedure to enhance you begins. The only way to get this cutscene is to get -50,000c and that should be all. Do this multiple times to unlock more abilities.

This version of phantasma isn't even in nexus, if I'm not mistaken. I only remember the yellow phantasmas (which are either incomplete or weaker prototypes, I forget which) being in Nexus.

The mine dispenser kills this boss incredibly easily. Sadly, Mine Dispenser is only useful in missions. In ACMoA the Plasma Dispenser is good in PvP.

u can have human plus in ac:pp. but it needs to loaded from an original armored core game save.

for example, if u beat armored core and unlocked human plus. you could load that data into ac:pp and use it there. if i recall correctly, the same goes for ac:ma...but im not sure.

It's popular for beginners, and scrubs. Not too many top players use it. Karasawa weighs ACs down and makes them too heavy. The max boost you can get with Karasawa is 2000, and that will get you killed if your energy defense isn't good. I've only heard of one guy in Japan placing top in a tournament with Karasawa.

I see. The Karasawa MK-2 from Armored Core 2 is still my favourite derivative of the Karasawas though. The Canopus aka "Next gen Karasawa" doesnt look all that bad either but yea the use of these type of weapons is rather limited when it comes to PVP and Online *sigh*

To put it simply, Stinger was an "Irregular" raven. In other words, he was crazy and you got in his way. Phantasma was supposedly something like the strongest machine on the planet (closer to a literal fusion of pilot and machine) so Stinger got his hands on it to get rid of you.

Plus abilities. In the original AC, If you died with a debt of over 50000 credits often enough (6 to get all plus abilities), you get an extra ability on your first, second, fourth, and sixth times. To be able to fire weapons bipeds would have to kneel to use while in motion, you need to die with that debt 4 times.

It's only in the original AC, though, although it can be carried over to PP and MoA.

Human PLUS abilities. You could also shoot beams out of your blades if you tap the boost just after you swing the sword. Very important if you want to play Master of Arena.

I dont own Project Phantasma, but i think Stinger is your main rival or something. He's basically a Raven who is a psychopath, he steals Phantasma as well. All in all, he's your rival Raven and is a badass!

The Arena ACs are a really balanced mix. No matter what type of AC you design, at least one or two of them will give you problems. You can beat most of them by using the karasawa or the other heavy laser rifle, but...you might have problems against Necron, Dill, and Dark Knight. Against those three close combat or large missles will work. If you're not adept at close combat (ie scared of moonlight blade) just stick with large missles.

I have an English version of this. It was my first AC game that got me hooked onto the series.

Playing without HUMAN PLUS was difficult, yet fun.

The HUMAN PLUS allowed you to fire cannon without crouching. It also reduce the energy consumption. ALlow you to fire a moonlight beam, and other cool features.

The pink AC is named Sumika. She assisted you in several missions after you rescued her from the prison.

I would make a video of me playing it, but I don't have what I need to record it.

Also, the unit you faced in Nexus had Stinger as the main pilot. This unit shows as if both the mech AND the pilot have fused into one unit.

The yellow Phantasma you face in Nexus is the unfinished prototype (there's a simialr mission in Project Phantasma too). This is the final version of the uber MT (you also face this version in the Lost Field missions in Armored Core 2 Another Age, it's a lot easier than this one).
