@St3phxoxo it's a form of martial arts. XMA has tricking, kicks, punches and flips. Martial arts are extensive systems of codified practices and traditions of combat, practiced for a variety of reasons, including self-defense, competition, physical health and fitness, as well as mental and spiritual development.
Tricking by itself has more flips and twists. :)

@AlluringOcean You aren't telling me anything I don't know because I was a TKD instructor. This comment is for people saying how he could beat people up when tricking is a form made up of mostly twists and flips. These things are not used in actual combat and aren't recommended because they are so easily defended against.
