i just want to know who do you play as in terran conflict and do you start in the argon homeworld or earth

One of the weaknesses of the game in my opinion is that you are noone specific really There are 4 starts that effect where you begin. You can begin as a Terran or Argon, Humble trader or fallen mercenery. Other starts are unlocked as you play. It does not effect your ability to play the plot aside from one or 2 dialogue changes.

But to me it leave the universe a bit faceless, but thats just me.

but i already bought teh agme and found that out myself hehehe its good game its just that i really want to get a good ship for combat and spped which would you recommend a nova raider or a discoverer

Nova raider. The disco is a light fast scout ship. You can have fun with it and get captures and kills but it will have trouble with big fighters.

Your best bet is to visit the Egosoft forums. they are some of the best gaming forums I have seen and there are always loads of people willing to answer questions and offer advice.

Sorry Mate. I was in a Nova Raider the Whole time. I just double checked it on the high rez version on my hard drive :)

Probrably not right now. The game is quite a bit more demanding than X3R but then again, before the 1.4 patch came out on X3R, that game was quite a bit more demanding too.

I wouldnt try running it on your PC now, but, after 1.3 or 1.4 comes out for X3TC then you might wanna give it a spin and try.

X3 reunion is still well worth playing till then as well.

I was wondering about that myself. I have the first 3 X games apart from TC, my computer is a bit dated now and the motehrboard is beginning to die. I cant afford a new computer so I'm wondering if TC would be even playable on my PC.

TO be honest mate your rig would probably be pushing it a bit. I'd ask on the egosoft forums to make sure but I'd say save your money and enjoy the previous games.

Yeh I thought so to. You just dont get any good space combat free roaming games anymore. X is the only one so far.

I've actually went back and started playing Elite: Frontier First Encounters ^_^ That hows desperate I am to get my space fix.

so terran conflict uses the same engine as reunion

yep, but it is heavily modified. Although they havent done much to the graphics side of things, the game plays quite differently.

well my com can support X3 reunion but lags so i set it the shader level to low only lags for a few seconds when i enter a sector so i wanna knwo can i run X3 terran conflict in shader level low cause im really think of buying reunion or terran or both on steam

hey, nice vid :) glad to see know astronauts in there. Loved the start too...computer not sao far away :P i think more writing at bottom of screen might have helped make it into more of a story...but yours is the 1st i've seen with any writing at all. Also some nice battles in there. Might have to make one of these myself :P gj tho man

Hehe cool! You know TC is the coolest game i've played, but there are bugs in it that needs repairing. I'm sure egosoft are working on it thouh. Anyways nice vid +5.
