You know... I have come to realize something. I'm not sure this video could get any more nerdy/geeky. You take Adam Savage from Mythbusters... put him in a giant cage surrounded by gigantic singing tesla coils.... and then play Doctor Who. Unless the electrical resistance of Adam's body suddenly became less than the resistance of the cage metal (making a more efficient ground source), he would never get anything more than mild burns, even in full contact with the cage.
