i bought the Klipsch s4i for $100 and it features a similar control, to the apple earphones. it has the same controls, for example: tap once to pause, tap 2x to skip, 3x to go back, and volume buttons, it also has the mic... also they sound badass!

I don't know about the in-ear headphones, but the sound quality and range with the regular ones they display in the video is pathetic at best. You get the same sound quality and range as a pair of $10 headphones. If you think the quality of those apple headphones is anywhere near "perfect" you have no clue what you're talking about. A pair of $150 grados isn't even considered "perfect quality."
