I was in belgium when they played this story,and it was about how a man who found Marvin in London living in the streets, he took him back to oostende, belgium cleaned him up and everything was great(but) he was away from the people in the band. When this video was shown it was implied that when these guys came over to belgium to meet with him to play(suchas this song) he started using again and they were supplying him.

I wish I could find the DVD this footage is coming from. I rather listen to this on a regular basis than the finished product. Even though the song is still somewhat raw and the kinks are being worked out, it still stuns me to this very day how Marvin can lay on his back, chillin, probably high, & sound just as good or even better than on wax with such nonchalance & cool. The Leon Ware production and baselines are classically timeless(See Maxwell's Urban Hangout Suite) I can only imagine what The Musical Massage Album would have sounded likeif Berry Gordy could have convinced Leon to allow Marvin to have it.
