The commentator was Dr. Darrel Drumright. I think I shot this in late 2007. Like you said this is all common sense stuff. The science is taught in first year of medical school. The only difference is how it is put together.
Please show the source data, name of doctor, date. I want to show this to a class and it'll help to add credibility. Excellent info, and sensible by the way. Thanks!
I would offer additional information on DNA function and cellular lifespans which in the long run determine your bodies lifespan. The living body is a constantly regenerating community of trillions of cells each accessing its DNA code to make a new generation of cells best capable to thrive in the stresses it finds itself in just prior to mitosis. This confirms my clinical findings that the teleomire fraying associated with aging can be drastically slowed and in some cases reversed.
"The problem with this theory is that you may improve the quality of life and even eradicate pain, but that will not necessarily increase your lifespan, because it has to do with cell divisions and not how well or healthy your life is."
Loved the vid! Good idea! For the above reason, shouldn't the "decay" line and the "lifestyle" line have, on average, decreasing and increasing slope respectively? Demonstrating that without some nascent super medical tech, there is a limit to the human life-span.
