  • Honestly, people may reckon me a freak but I truly believe 'wine tastes better with wine'. Anything beyond a few raw nuts and sun-dried olives with garlic really does not celebrate the flavour but merely 'pairs' with it as sustenance. Chianti (Ruffino Aziano, Lamole di Lamole) are thus far my favourites. I have only been drinking wine consistently for a year and it is outstanding. Thanks for the video. (Please don't spit the wine in the next one!!!)
