  • Am i the only one who got cried manly tears watching Dragonar , ?

  • el mejor opening de mechas... desde mi punto de vista...

  • notice the different face of the dragonar 1 compared to the other same openings?

    heehee

  • i have the DVDs & Dragonar is one hell of an anime, but Bandai messed up w/Layzner & if Layzner was here we might of had Dragonar .

  • (chaser, dead heat, chaser, dead heat)

Be careful, someone is watching you

    They're chasing you from behind

If you turn around, you (will) lose

Rather than just walking a chosen path,

it is better to be wounded by free choice

It's like you run until you collapse

because you want to feel you're living to the fullest

  • Burinig heart,

    burning heart, only dreams

    Flying high

flying high, you won't give it up

    the burning hot horizon

    betting on you

    dead heat's 'I love you'

(chaser, dead heat, chaser, dead heat)

  • sweet! thanks for the lyrics bro!

  • thank u

  • COOL

  • My favourite opening, I think.

  • Tis is another example of pure 80's anime goodness. I truly hope this comes to the states!!

  • looks interesting,if Dragonar doesn't come to the states, then am gonna buy it on Japanese DVD,later on in the future, but there's so many series anime at plate

  • i don't think these series will come to the states. Its REALLY old school. I'm 25 now and when I watched these series, I was only 6 years old.

  • Yes, despite how people bash some 80's mecha shows, they have that spirit that can't be replicated now.

  • I agree. The sam can be said for '70's mecha series as well. XD X3

  • Old school anime in general basically had Heart and Soul, which is something current anime titles seem to be lacking although there are some exceptions (One Piece, Full Metal Panic, Code Geass, Gurren Lagann and titles made by Studio Ghibli come to mind)

  • Absolutely agree.80s mecha anime had some spirit that their modern counterparts lack.

  • yepi definetly agree, andi really wanna watch Dragonar!!

  • lacking? like what anime?

  • titles like Gundam SEED, Inyasaha (started out well but got lost along the way and dragged on), as well as many of the action Shonen titles done today.

  • Absolutely fantastic 80's theme! No one does this stuff like the Japanese!
