Actually this competition was labeled as a "chinese only" competition. I was lucky enough to be invited as an "exception" for participating in a couple Chinese TV things

Joined Xin along with DY about two years ago after I competed in the K-STAR Global Martial Arts Competition... youtube it ^_^

Xin came with other members of EMC to my families school South Coast Martial Arts to find a new training ground and it was through those meetings that I decided to join the EMC.

This might seem like a silly question to you but I've wanted to know this for a while. Does Iron Head Qigong hurt at all?

Not a silly question and the answer is during practice stages yes, but over time the development of the skill removes the pain as your body becomes more and more used to the action... I guess simply put it is a skill that relies on repetition to build profficiency
