a guy sent me payment through paypal and then did a charge back with his credit card (taking the money back out my account once I sent goods) I told paypal of this and asked for the name of the C/Card company and they refused to provide it. The guy had done this to loads of people and paypal were not bothered about facilitating fraud and impeding my attempt to notify the company.

The paypal buyer protection sucks ! You buy a reconditioned item , wich i found out is another word for( Broke Junk )on Ebay . Item has slight cosmetic damage but arrives with no new visible damage and electronics DOA. File claim with Paypal against the seller you know is a crook to start with . Paypal wants buyer to pay shipping , extra $20-$40 on top of the money youve just burned already . You have a weeks time to get item shipped back and the seller says it must be as in original condition
