If you keep slowing it down or should I say stopping the video has the vehicle comes by, you can plainly see that it is a reflection, because you can clearly see the four lights that include the the two bottom fog lights of the vehicle, so the conclusion is a refection in the drivers outside mirror, transfered to the wind screen creating this effect.

It's ball lightning...It happens in any type of weather condition where there is humidity, electricity and storm activity. The electricity comes from the telephone/cable/internet wires nearby. This is not a reflection from headlights. You can see that and it's near the bottom right hand corner of the screen and it looks like headlight color. These are blue-white and that means ball lightning. YES you ca have that in a snow storm

OK... so a) you just happened to see two 'ufos' moving at the exact same speed as the oncoming car with its lights on, b) the 'ufos' just happen to disappear at the exact moment the car disappears from view, and c), why were you filming out the front of your vehicle anyway, unless you expected something to happen? I think you saw this happen earlier with another car, then filmed the road just in case it happened again. To make a video that gets plenty of hits, despite being utter bullshit.

@ureallidiots Well they aren't going to match forever because the angle of light is constantly changing. Which is why the first vehicle doesn't produce the reflection, because it is on a different angle. Also the difference in color is irrelevant because light is made up of reds, greens, and blues and what we see depends on the object reflecting it. So in our case the blue lights are the reflection of the windshield which only reflects blue light.
