1) If you want to show how "saiyans" look in transformations is best to show just one Character not a selection over different forms because it then proves nothing
2) Some of those transformations were false the ascended saiyan and ultra super saiyan are the same thing. The flase super saiyan was a minor occurance and was much like kaio ken only happened once and can hardly be called a transformation.
3) Brolly was the ledgendary super saiyan, its not a transformation

But in the second movie his ssj 1 form had the normal super saiyan golden yellow colour. The green for the hair is only in the 'legendary super saiyan' form. Just like all other transformations that the saiyans have, the aspect of his appearance that changes when he becomes lssj is that his hair turns green. That is all.
